Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wednesbury

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

We felt at home in Shazad’s house. He was very helpful and quick to respond. Great stay from a great host. Easily recommended!

You would be fooled by the location if you looked on a map, but was very quiet and surrounded by local, independent, businesses and restaurants. Also conveniently close to the local retail park for anything you might have forgotten. The property was well kept, clean and stylish. Will definitely use again next year.

Easy to find and access once getting off the motorway. Walking distance to the tram station. The apartment itself had all that we needed. Very responsive host and was happy to accommodate a 1-hour earlier check-in for us!

Excellent Airbnb! Within walking distance from Gas Street. The apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood and very clean. Beds could use an upgrade, however, we slept okay. Kids loved the mini pool table. Was a bonus. Host very friendly!

We stayed at Kiren’s for a week and the whole family enjoyed it. The house was beautiful, spacious yet cosy. The playground was a bonus. The kids just wanted to go back home quickly to play outside. And Kiren’s so responsive, every doubts or questions she will answer straight away. I would book again if I ever come to Birmingham.

Our stay @ The Mill was just perfect Debs is the most wonderful host who looked after our every need with plenty of banter as well 😆 The Mill itself is beautifully restored with so many original features both inside & out . I spent the first night just walking around in wonder Then the outside … just wow 🤩 Our own lake , friendly llamas 🦙, pigs , chickens laying you fresh eggs for brekkie … the list just goes on & on I personally loved sleeping at night with the doors open listening to all the animals Needless to say we will be returning as soon as we’re back in the UK When people say this is a hidden gem 💎 believe me The Mill surpasses all The Mill is a treasure trove 💚

A nice, fully equipped house in a quiet street, but close to shops and pubs, easy walk into Tamworth town centre, and good for walks along the local canals and in the wildlife reserve

The house was exactly as described and the furnishings were absolutely gorgeous. This home is clearly a perfect example of what Airbnb’s should be like. Andrew was an awesome host and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which was much appreciated. His recommendation for fish and chips from a local shop was spot on and filled one evenings dinner. The home is lovely and warm with a beautiful ambiance, the addition of the TV’s in the bedrooms meant the kids could watch some light hearted TV before bed. I would highly recommend this host and this home to anyone stay in this area.

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Newly arrived in Birmingham, this place made it feel like home. Everything you can need in a home was available. Jennifer was so nice and always quick to respond. One of the best experiences I’ve had ever. Everything is modern just like the photos. Kitchen is fully equipped which makes it easier for a longer stay. Place overall was awesome and can’t recommend her enough. Thank you.

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

I Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement. Cosy and clean place to come back to at the end of the day, great kitchen and very useful to have washing machine too, the lounge area was also very cosy and great TV with everything I needed!! The studio was only 20 mins from city centre so lots to do around the area and i found a great gym only 10 mins away. Overall, a really nice place, will being going back if ever down there again.

Very nice, modern and well-equipped apartment particularly for the price. Gary's communications were very good - I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for a stay in Birmingham.
