It is an apartment where nothing is missing. Bright, spacious, clean and well equipped. You have a separate entrance and after the key handover you come and go as you want. In the unlikely event that you want to use the kitchen: everything is abundantly available.

I am really thrilled, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a nice house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

The apartment is perfect for two adults and two children and we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back if we are in the area again.

We rode our bicycles on the Rhine cycle route to Anneclaer and Michael's place just outside the old town. We stored the bikes securely in the yard. The apartment was spotless, well appointed, a short walk to the supermarket and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

We spent two and a half months in the apartment as we had to move out of our own home due to water damage. Anikka and Bernd were consistently warm, helpful and always responsive – just the best you could ask for! We felt very comfortable and would recommend the accommodation at any time.

Everything was even better than we expected. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood on walking distance from the city center. Private parking space right in front of the house. Super facile communication with the host. Definetly a place where we would like to return!

My parents, who stayed for two nights in the beautiful apartment, liked the stay very much. She would book the apartment again at any time to explore Xanten and the surrounding area. They particularly liked the location, the cleanliness and the cozy furnishings. The contact with the hosts was very reliable and friendly.

I had a great stay. The apartment was spacious and clean . Jill was such a great and attentive host. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Thanks to Vera's good description and reliable accessibility, you can find the hidden cottage very well. We will be happy to come back ☀️ Greetings from Cristian and Venice

The stay is picture perfect, with a great view of the old town. It even has a cute little balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. The apartment itself is really nice and cozy, and has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this place to couples, siblings or solo travellers.

The accommodation is absolutely lovingly furnished and very clean. I have never had such a well-equipped accommodation, it really has everything you could wish for. Beatrix was extremely accommodating, gave us valuable tips, and brought out a few extra toys, as it unfortunately rained a lot. The location is great for exploring the Lower Rhine. The children also liked to spend time at the window, and watch animals (deer, falcons, geese, woodpeckers, etc.). We fully recommend the place.

It is a nice little studio with a great roof terrace. You can reach the Maas or Venloer City in 5 minutes by bike. We liked it very much. Gladly again.

The communication in advance was already very pleasant and friendly. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and accompanied to the accommodation. The accommodation was absolutely wonderful, clean, tidy, modern and very well equipped with everything you need. The location and the place were also very idyllic and we had a great stay! We hope that we were just as pleasant guests and will definitely come back!

Great value, lovely apartment! We were on foot, no bikes or car and the bus services available between Dülmen and Rorup are limited. Mostly we walked from Dülmen to Rorup, which is a fairly pleasant, but 5 mile trek. If you have better transport than us, then this is a fantastic air b n b. Rorup is a lovely neighbourhood and there is a woodland right next to the apartment for morning walks.

There were three of us and we had a nice weekend. The accommodation is very spacious and beautifully idyllic. Definitely recommend.

A clean apartment in a convenient location.

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Repeatable. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. The stop is a 2-minute walk. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Refurbished accommodation with a lot of charm, very clean! Very easy to access and the instructions were clear, I recommend it!

We as friends of Brigitte's daughter and Rob, really enjoyed staying with them. It was lovely and a beautiful area. The Apartment was great! Enjoyed a day at the pool and well closed with a cozy BBQ on the water! Brigitte & Rob are super friendly and cozy helpful people to stay with. We will definitely be back!

The place is quite compact, but it has everything you need. Is well suited for a short trip and for relaxation.

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. The lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Without a doubt, my mother and I rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

It is very quiet and the facilities were very good. The whirlpool was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet were also available. Everything that is part of the standard equipment was also in the kitchen. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.
