Chalet terrace on the Maas, your dog is welcome

Chalet with beautiful sun terrace overlooking the Maas, free parking for 2 cars at the chalet and a covered bicycle storage out of sight. A dog is allowed but we don't like the smell of dogs in the Chalet. You will discover the picturesque Meuse villages and taste the real Limburg conviviality near the Hoge Kempen National Park, Maasvallei River Park and the Aldeneyck wine domain. It is the ideal base for cycling through the water, visiting Maastricht or getting pampered at Elaisa Wellness.

The house is equipped with two bedrooms, luxury kitchen, complete bathroom, washing machine, veranda and a cozy living room with wood stove. Detached, solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and small garden with terrace and barbecue. Bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out sofa bed as additional sleeping accommodation for max. 2 persons. The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in January and February 2026. As a welcome gift, you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the refrigerator.

Also popular: the large gas/electric stove with seven hobs.

It is located in the “Mittlere Niers” conservation area in a cul-de-sac with no direct neighbors. Surrounded by fields, meadows and streams, country life shows its pleasant side.
