It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

How to welcome you to the street apartment! In a former bank branch, you can expect 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds and enough space for your luggage. The spacious living and dining area is completed by the wardrobe in the entrance area as well as a office corner. The kitchen offers you everything you need, as well as a small coffee and tea bar, which will make it easier for you to start your day. In the bathroom, you can expect a big shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Small studio in the middle of nature with about 35 m2. In the studio you will find everything you need; a large comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, etc., a bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle, a dining table as well as a small seating area. A great view from the window in the bedroom. A covered outdoor seating area in the garden can also be used. 1.5 km away is Schöllkrippen with all shopping facilities.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Modern apartment in a quiet location of Aschaffenburg

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Cozy guest rooms to feel good

Cozy guest rooms in a quiet location between Odenwald and Spessart, 300 m from the Main bike path. The swimming pool and lake are 5 minutes away. You can reach us quickly and conveniently via the A3, A45 and the four-lane B469. We offer cyclists a lockable garage. Since there is no kitchen or cooking facilities, the apartment is only suitable for fitters.

Beautiful spacious apartment for the whole family The 3-room apartment (for 1 to 8 people) is on the first floor and has a separate entrance.  The apartment is approximately 95 m², with a terrace of approximately 45 m² and a balcony of 6 m². Note: Pets are welcome. We charge a one-time fee of €70 for each animal.
