Die Wohnung ist sauber in einem ruhigen Innenhof gelegen. Das Auto kann dort in einem carport geparkt werden, was sehr hilfreich ist. Die Buchung und auch die Kommunikation mit Andreas hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Danke!

Christoph und sein Team sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnungen sind sauber und der Altbau-Charme und die liebevoll gestalteten Wohnungen haben sehr überzeugt. Danke

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage, die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, im gepflegten Garten ist es ruhig. Haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Дуже задоволенні помешканням в якому перебували. Господарі неймовірно приємні люди. В помешканні чисто та є все необхідне. Все необхідне це я маю на увазі реально всее! Продумано до дрібниць. Навіть настільні ігри, які позбавляли наші вечори. Особливо вразила гостинність для нашого собачки. Господарі залишили смаколики для собаки і для нас. Щиро рекомендую!!!

Wir können uns den bisherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen..Barbara tut alles dafür, dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt! Danke für das kalte Bier im Garten ;) Die Unterkunft ist sehr ländlich gelegen, aber man kann sich im Spar und der Bäckerei verpflegen...Ein Café gibt es auch, indem ist es morgens schon voll. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt (inkl. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine!). Wir haben die Zeit im Garten sehr genossen, er ist toll und man kann den ganzen Tag den Bienchen bei der Arbeit zusehen ;) Die Badewanne (siehe Bilder) steht tatsächlich zur Verfügung und bietet eine tolle Erfrischung. Besser als das Kinderfreibad um die Ecke. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Christian buchen, es war ruhig, von der Lage ist es super bequem. Restaurants und Supermarkt war in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, Taxi kann leider nicht bis zur Eingangstür vorfahren wegen Fußgängerzone. Ich würde versuchen im nächsten Jahr wieder dort zu buchen. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei, schnell und sehr komplikationslos.

The place was amazing and the host was very responsive and respectful, we liked the neighborhood and it wasn’t far from the city center which was very helpful, the place was very clean and it had everything needed for staying there. We would highly recommend it for anyone who likes a quiet area not far from the city center!

Meine Eltern haben uns in Graz besucht und sie haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Gerhard hat prompt geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbere. Meine Eltern würden jederzeit wieder diese Übernachtungsmöglichkeit wählen.

We had a great stay at these apartments in Graz. The place was very quiet and had everything we needed. It looked exactly like the photos – clean and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straightforward. The host, Julia, was very friendly and always available if needed. Highly recommended!

It is definitely the best place to stay in Graz. The place is lovely, with an amazing garden right outside when you open the windows. Georg was amazing. He was always very helpful and kind. The location is perfect because you have access to shops, restaurants, bakeries, banks, everything you need for a long or short stay. You can walk from there to the most beautiful places in the city because it is right it the middle of it! 20 minute walk to the Uni. This definitely will be the place for me when I come back to Graz. :D

Sehr zu empfehlen, zentral gelegen und alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurztrip braucht.

Solo puedo poner 5 estrellas pero se merece más, puedo decir que Florián ha sido uno de los mejores anfitriones que he tenido, todo lo que describió era exacto, yo tenía dudas sobre cómo estacionar y me explico claramente cómo funcionaba, reservé con 7 meses de anticipación y a cada pregunta que hice de manera cortés y rápidamente me respondía. El apartamento es una taza de plata, impecable, súper limpio con vista a un patio frondoso, a media cuadra de un gran supermercado, dormí 5 noches perfectas y para cierre con mucha pena le pregunté si podía salir 2 horas más tarde y modificó de inmediato al personal de limpieza para que llegara más tarde sin problema. De repetir, sin dudarlo.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, ist sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Katharina ist unkompliziert, sie reagiert schnell und ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Empfehlenswert!

The house is perfect, we have everything we need, enough space. It took us quite some time to enter the garage.

El anfitrion siempre se mostró super amable y receptivo y contestaba muy rapido. Sobre la casa la ubicacion fue inmejorable. El piso era muy amplio y todo funcionaba la perfección. Nosotras estuvimos viviendo 3 meses y no tenemos ninguna queja.

Just as described. The apartment was very beautifully furnished. I'd definitely stay here again. The bath was very relaxing.

Vše bylo v pořádku a moc jsme si pobyt užili, krásné ubytování, krásný výhled na město. Skvělí majitelé.

Η καλύτερη διαμονή που θα μπορούσα να φανταστώ! Ξεπέρασε κάθε μου προσδοκία και ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου! Το διαμέρισμα είχε ό,τι ακριβώς χρειαζόμουν, ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, όμορφο, πεντακάθαρο και ασφαλές. Η περιοχή απίστευτη, δίπλα στο κέντρο και σε τραμ, γεμάτη ζωή. Η Eva απίστευτα φιλική, απαντούσε πάντα αμέσως και με βοήθησε πολλές φορές, ό,τι κι αν χρειάστηκα. Θα το σύστηνα και θα επέστρεφα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

we wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. while GPS can be a bit confused in this area as we got lost twice, the location is so peaceful and beautiful. the property itself is stunning, very modern with great amenities. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and just enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the next door farm shop had some fantastic sausages and eggs for our dinner. This was the best place we have ever stayed at, and we were quite sad to check out. The hosts were also super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area 😊

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Silivia und Andi. Wir wurden schon bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben bei allen Fragen jederzeit Unterstützung bekommen. Das Appartment in der Mauterhube war wie beschrieben und sehr hochwertig saniert. Die private Sauna und den Whirlpool haben wir sehr gerne und ausgiebig genutzt. Tagsüber und nach unseren Ausflügen haben wir die Sitz- und Liegeflächen an dem Schwimmteich und den herrlichen Ausblick in die steirischen Berge genossen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen herausragenden Urlaub und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

The place is beautiful, the host already had the jacuzzi warm for us. She came to walk us through the house and explain everything. The terrace was locked, so we couldn’t go there, but we had a great time doing BBQ and spending time at jacuzzi, sauna, and relaxing.
