Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wekiwa Springs

I visited Lorena's place for an extended stay while on a business trip recently and it was extremely helpful to have a place that was a home away from home while I stayed for the three month stretch that I did. This location is in a great community that is quiet and everyone is friendly. The back porch was my "go to" after a long day and was quiet and relaxing. I travel a lot for work and vacation, this was one of my favorite stays excluding the fact that it was for business. If I had questions I had quick, friendly, and supportive assistance from the host and owners. I am defiantly saving this Listing in my favorites and I know that I will be back in the future. Thank you for the great stay and provided comfort!

We were in town for my sons baseball tournament and this place was perfect. It was in a very convenient location, close to many things, and only 35 minutes from Disney springs. We appreciate that animals were allowed and that it was easy to walk a dog through the neighborhood.

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Chambers in Winter Park. The location is perfect for walking downtown, to the train station, both colleges, churches, local stores, museums and restaurants. Cozy Chambers was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Christopher was a great host, very helpful and readily available.

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

This little studio was absolutely amazing for what I needed! It was a reasonable size and price. Also right down the street from the event I was going to! Lando is also an amazing host definitely would stay here again!

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in super easy. They even provided thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful at night. We enjoyed our stay with Chrissy very much. Everything was as stated in the ad. Chrissy is very friendly and very responsive. She accommodates every wish possible. It was our best AirBnb stay ever. If you want to experience Sanford and Central Florida, stay with Chrissy!

Excellent rental. We will be back again. Highly recommend this bungalow. The hosts were very informative. Everything was exactly as described. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Shower great! Couldnt be happier.

Kayla’s place was great! So well decorated, cozy comfortable furniture and bedding, and a real modern feel. Every detail was clearly thought through. Kayla was friendly and responsive and the whole process was easy. Mt. Dora was a quaint town that matched the vibe of Kayla’s place. There are so many boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, all within a short walking distance. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and explore more so we’ll have to come back.

So this was my SECOND stay with Danie in 2 months. This place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!!! This is such a well-appointed home with everything you need to feel at home! The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, the back yard is an oasis of peace, and cooking a meal to eat in the breakfast nook or at the gorgeous family-sized trestle table is a joy! There is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable...I was there with my friend and our two teenagers. We cooked together and enjoyed movies on the nice big TV in the living room, where everyone had plenty of room to stretch out. Plenty of hot water (we all had to shower after going to the parks in Orlando) and soft towels. We slept like babies and awoke refreshed and ready for the next day. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds from the screened porch while sipping our coffee. Danie's place is home away from home! Thanks so much for this wonderful escape that feels so friendly and familiar every time I come back!

Absolutely wonderful place that was breathtaking! The view was amazing from everywhere and the home was straight out of a movie!

We loved the layout and updated look of the house. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious with a large island/bar.

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. The inside was clean and had everything we need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Many stores and restaurants nearby. Drivable distance from Orlando and the parks. Barbara is a great host and is very accommodating and responsive.

WOW! What a great place. Very picturesque. Enjoyed the lakefront, pool, private. Location is close to the Altamonte Mall and alot of retail, restaurants, etc - however, the location is tucked away and you would never know it.

We like this apartment very much. it's new and clean, location is also good, whole environment is good. The host reply very fast. will book it again when next time come. only not convenient is that can't stock luggage before check in and after check out.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. The host provided clear instructions that made check-in super easy. The location was beautiful, safe, and walkable — perfect for our Universal and Disney trip. The pool was a great bonus, and the room was spacious and well-designed. Overall, a wonderful experience. We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

We loved our stay at Nicoleta's! Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and truly the cherry on top of a perfect stay! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!
