Holiday rentals with a patio in Welling

Great check-in, Robert explained everything in the apartment and gave us some local recommendations. The place looked even better in person. This was a last minute booking after an initial Airbnb was cancelled, Robert was very accommodating and responsive. One of the best air bnbs that I’ve been to in the UK.

Booked this apartment as it was convenient to get to for a film shoot we had at London Excel. Pictures and description matched perfectly, Faisal was super responsive to all of my questions, and we’ll definitely stay here again when the need arises. Great accommodation in a perfect location!

Really lovely place and so easy to find. Perfectly located with the tube and scenic all around. Anthony was really helpful whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend.

Very nice and very good house very clean my is enjoying just one problem no parking near very far parking out of area very expensive for 12her and all so I asked WiFi password they send me when we leave but rest of good

The apartment has a stunning view of the city, is close to many restaurants and is a short walk from the DLR (railway). In addition the host was very kind and responsive to my questions. I strongly recommend this apartment.

L appartement était impeccable, très bien fourni et correspondait parfaitement à la description. Il est également proche du parc de Greenwich où nous avons pu faire de belles balades avec notre chien. Nous étions à moins de 10mn de la station de train pour aller au centre de Londres. L environnement est très résidentiel donc très calme. Seul petit bémol, le petit bruit de la climatisation dans la chambre. Le dialogue avec notre hôte a été très fluide. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons le lieu sans hésitation. Merci Sérap!

Beautiful location with stunning garden - just perfect for the Mount Vineyard, golf course and local pubs in the village. It was the second time I had stayed at this property and would recommend without reservation. Brian was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The garden room also has secure off road parking

Ein wunderschönes Gästehaus, wie auf den Fotos und das Haus ist geräumig und sehr sauber und neu und es ist auch viel Platz in den Schränken in allen Zimmern vorhanden. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir auf der Terrasse abstellen. Es hat Spaß gemacht, dort in der Umgebung mit den Rädern zu fahren. Die Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés, Supermarkt und einer tollen Bäckerei ist nur ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Station, um mit der Bahn nach London zu kommen, ist sogar nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß weg - toll! Alles ist so nah und trotzdem wohnt man bei Steffi und Richard sehr ruhig - Entspannung pur. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir Eure Gäste sein durften - und über den Wein und die Schokolade, sowie die Milch haben wir uns sehr gefreut.

Extremely happy with our recent visit. We stayed here for a yoga retreat style weekend as a group of friends. The host was very helpful and gave us a tour on arrival and was on text messages if we needed anything. We brought our own yoga mats with us and did yoga on the decking with beautiful views surrounding us. We had a private chef cook us a meal - the kitchen was super modern and clean, dining tables outside and inside so if it's sunny you can make the most of the outdoor space. We visited local Yotes Court Vineyard for a tour which was fab and only 15 mins away by car. The property felt very clean and the facilities were perfect. Would 100% recommend and would visit again.

We had such a great stay at Alex’s place. It felt super cosy and welcoming from the moment we walked in, the perfect place to relax after a day in the city. The area is quiet, but the tube is really close, so getting into central London was super easy. Alex was great, always quick to reply and really friendly. We’d definitely love to come back!

The Coach House was a lovely place to stay. Felt like home. The welcome couldn’t have been more generous and lovely. Linda and her family were very kind and use of a big garden was a bonus. Close to local shop and playground. Loved it. Thank you Linda.

Très bon séjour chez Purja. Petit logement sympa et chaleureux. Il faisait très bon malgré le froid dehors. Logement propre dans un quartier résidentiel . Proche gare Bickley pour aller à Londres en 35 min sans utiliser la voiture . Il est impossible de se déplacer avec sa voiture à Londres ( pas de parking) je recommande sans hésiter

Monika's place was lovely, really clean and lovely furnishings. It's a very short walk to the cloud car and local shops, would recommend.

The perfect place for any event with family and friends to relax and enjoy the chilled atmosphere with easy access to all facilities in the area. The host of Cantwara was outstandingly welcoming throughout our stay so I would recommend to anyone planning a staycation in the near future and beyond.

David was very helpful from the moment I booked his lovely apartment—always ready to assist. The apartment has a charming touch and is conveniently located right next to Lakeside. Bus and train options are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot as well.

An amazing Airbnb that I will always choose whenever I’m in London! 🙂 Joshua is a fantastic host. All his instructions were very clear, and he was incredibly communicative throughout the stay. The location is super strategic, very close to the DLR station and bus stop. The accommodation itself is excellent, clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything was thoughtfully provided! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, air freshener, iron and ironing board, even a hairdryer! The kitchen was also very nice and fully functional, and the view from the balcony at night was absolutely beautiful. One of the most thoughtful touches was that Joshua placed a fan in each room 🥹⭐️ This helped so much during the summer heat. If you’re reading this review, don’t think twice , just book this place! Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10

Everything we could have wished for this apartment offered, it exceeded our expectations and they had thought of everything to make it have that home from home feeling. We were especially grateful for the air con unit, being ladies of a certain age and the weather as hot as it was, made our stay so comfortable. The views were amazing and watching the sun set and life going while we sat with a coffee was exactly what we all needed. All rooms were spotless! Thank you for all the extras such as coffee, wine, apples, pasta, sauces and so much more. We are already looking at booking again!
