Monthly Rentals in Wellington

Peter has a nice private suite that perfectly fit my solo trip to Fort Collins. I wasn't around much during the day, but the bed was comfortable, the den area was spacious, and the full kitchen with a toaster oven is very convenient. Would stay here again!

I stayed at Jeff's place for a little over a month with my little beagle Shelby and we had a wonderful time. The home and yard are even nicer than the pictures and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The proximity to Old Town is wonderful and it was easy to get out to I25 when I needed to travel to other parts of Colorado. My friends who came to visit appreciated how close the home is to New Belgium, Odell's, the OCB Wine Project and Breckenridge Brewery. Jeff was very responsive with questions I had and the folks in the neighborhood were friendly.

Great communication from hosts who were always willing to help and check in, which was nice and unexpected for a long stay. Comfortable and homey place, great for anyone looking to get comfortable for an extended time. Great for the price and in an amazing location.

Joe’s place was very cozy, tastefully decorated and there was a lot of attention paid to detail as far as toiletries, amenities, cleanliness and comfort. I will be looking to book again.
