In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Apart Pitztal vacation - Apart Hochzeiger

Our Apart Hochzeiger has a size of about 50 m² and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, especially the Hochzeiger, from the balcony. In summer, our guest terrace invites you to sunbathe and barbecue. The apartment is modernly decorated and offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation in the beautiful Pitztal. A big plus is the excellent location. Both the bus stop, Pitz Park and the local supplier are within a 2-minute walking distance.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Our newly built and lovingly furnished apartment can accommodate up to three people on 38 m². It is fully equipped and has a bedroom, a living area with sofa bed, a kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom. In addition, our apartment offers a terrace area and free parking. Our house is located at about 1300 meters above sea level and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Arrive and feel good.

The Kunz House ++Larsen Studio with private sauna++

Haus Kunz is located at the end of Imsterberg. Very quiet, high above the Inn Valley. Our Studio Larsen consists of a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, cozy sitting area, shower/toilet, a large terrace with sitting area and grill. Enjoy our new outdoor sauna with mountain panorama! For motorcycles, we have a garage!!!
