Das alte Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf am Rande des Bergischen Landes, einen Katzensprung vom Westerwald entfernt. Das Haus wurde in den letzten Jahren renoviert, nur die Fassade fehlt noch. Es gibt sechs Zimmer, zwei Bäder, eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer auf dem Dachboden und ein großes Grundstück (ca. 2.000 m²). Das Häuschen liegt ruhig am Ortsrand eines 300-Seelendorfes, es gibt keine Durchfahrtsstraße, die vornehmlichen Geräusche sind das gelegentliche Blöken der Schafe des Nachbarn.

The coach house

Das Kutscherhaus wurde liebevoll saniert und verbindet nun den Charme eines alten Hauses mit seinen ‚Ecken und Kanten‘ mit dem Komfort einer modernen Unterkunft. Es bietet drinnen und draußen viel Platz. Ruhesuchenden bietet die große Wiese am Bach, die Sie mit ein paar Schritten über die kaum befahrene Straße erreichen, einen idealen Ort zum Entspannen, Kinder können hier viel entdecken und toben. Man kann Grillen oder ein Lagerfeuer machen, eine Terasse bietet Schutz vor Regen und Sonne.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-family house and has a living space of about 42 m². From the hallway in the entrance area you enter the spacious living and dining room. You also have access to the bathroom as well as a bedroom & kitchen from the hallway. The apartment is about 500 meters from the Asbach center. All shops are within walking distance. Movie theater, go-kart track and much more.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Circus Wagon Star Tent with Sauna

The circus trailer was built by me according to a historical model. Due to the two bay windows and the attached pavilion, it is very spacious. The antique Norwegian wood stove provides cozy warmth. The bed offers plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped, you can cook and bake to your heart's content. In the evening you can make a campfire under the huge old ash tree or use the sauna. Beautiful forest paths start around the corner. You'll love this special and romantic place.

Lovingly furnished 1-room apartment that invites you to relax with a small kitchen, bathroom and covered balcony. The apartment is located in a detached annex. Located in a small village in the countryside about 5 km from the nearest main town - ideal for hiking or cycling in the adjacent nature reserve or in the idyllic Siegtal. Nature lovers and hikers/cyclists are in the right place with us. Since the annex is difficult to heat, we do not rent in the winter months.

Circus wagon on the sheep pasture

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

1 room by the forest perfect for hiking

There's nothing here but lots of nature! For hiking or cycling, you have a perfect starting point from our AirBnb (20 sqm with private bathroom), but it is also great to just snuggle in for a weekend. You need a car here! It is 8 minutes to the nearest bakery where you can have a nice breakfast, as well as to shops Edeka/ Penny 8 minutes, the nearest Lidl /Aldi / Rewe/ DM is 12 minutes away Bonn 45 - 60 min Cologne Bonn Airport 45 min Cologne 1 h - 1.5 h

In the middle of the forest, surrounded by oaks and beeches and horse pastures above the Sieg, is this small oasis of well-being. The rustic tiny house is a converted sheepfold with a romantic sleeping loft, a small living-cooking area, with forest views and an outdoor separate toilet, both without running water. Here you can switch off from everyday life, relax, ground yourself and recharge your batteries in a wonderful atmosphere.
