Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

Genießt wohltuende Saunagänge im warmen Holzambiente, entspannt euch anschließend im sprudelnden Whirlpool oder erfrischt euch unter der Außendusche - umgeben von Grün, Stille und frischer Luft. Der großzügige Liegebereich lädt zum Abschalten, Lesen oder einfach zum Nichtstun ein. Hier zählt nur der Moment.

Neue Ferienwohnung angebaut an unser Wohnhaus mit großem Garten. Separater Eingang. Zentrumsnah, fußläufig in die Innenstadt, zum Stadtpalais, den Museum und in den Auepark. Gute Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und kurze Wege zum Einkaufen. Wir haben Hunde. Parkplätze gibt es auf der Straße vor dem Haus, Fahrräder können sich und geschützt am Haus untergebracht werden. Sauna ist in der Ferienwohnung, der Garten kann mitbenutzt werden, eigene Terrasse im Außenbereich der Fewo.

In wenigen Gehminuten entfernt erreicht man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Straßenbahnen Richtung Innenstadt und Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. Auch vom Bhf. Wilhelmshöhe ist das Studio in wenigen Minuten per Straßenbahn erreichbar.

The vacation farm is rented as a group accommodation exclusively for a group of guests who belong together. For arrivals of more than 16 people, each additional guest costs €25 per night. (To be paid on site upon arrival) Family meetings, seminar groups, workshops, groups of friends and choir camps use the entire house and courtyard with outdoor seating and play barn. Small children can play safely in the fenced yard. Scooters, bicycles, etc. may be brought along.

A vacation home with a garden all to yourself. Our romantic vacation home is located in the middle of nature, on a sunny, forested slope above the small village of Mühlbach. The well-kept garden, enclosed with a hedge, has many nice seating areas. In the garden there is a small pond, two beautiful large sun loungers and a grill. The beautiful view of the village and the beautiful low mountain landscape enchants every guest. One pet is allowed.

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
