The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Two bedrooms with double beds, a children's room with sofa bed, a spacious kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom with shower and guest toilet are included. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. If necessary, we can offer 2 more sleeping places with private entrance and bathroom. The journey time to the ring is about 20 minutes.

Das Ferienhaus ist seit 60 Jahren in Familienbesitz. Die Einrichtung ist absolut individuell eingerichtet und zu nahezu jedem Möbelstück gibt es eine Geschichte. Das Haus liegt mitten im Grünen und lädt dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wanderwege und Mountainbike-Trails beginnen praktisch vor der Haustür. Eichenbach ist ein malerisches 70-Einwohner Dorf mit einem Gasthaus. Der Nürburgring und Adenau sind 15 Fahrminuten entfernt, das Ahrtal etwa 3 km.
