Natur pur und Erholung sind garantiert - Wandern, Radfahren oder einfach Entspannen! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz und Wiesbaden sind mit dem Auto in ca. einer Stunde zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist dringend zu empfehlen - es gibt kaum Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

My approx. 115 sqm large house is quiet, without transit traffic near the forest. There are many family-friendly business opportunities in the area, such as bike park, summer toboggan run, reservoir,... and attractive towns. From the all-round balcony (2 sides) you can enjoy a view of the unspoilt nature. Families with children, peace seekers, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets - all are welcome. My cozy house has 4 ZKB., garage and a fireplace.

The spacious townhouse is located in Miltenberg, the pearl on the Untermain. Odenwald and Spessart meet here on the Main and allow relaxing days in nature as well as a visit to the old town. A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandpit are available to the large and small guests for relaxation. The house has up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a full kitchen, depending on the occupancy.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

The picturesque Erlenhof lies in one of the most beautiful valleys in the Odenwald. Pure nature is available around the farm. Exploring the Rodensteiner Land on foot, the mountain or e-bike is just fun. For larger tours, the motorbike is ideal. Spectacular is a paragliding flight from the starting point 150 meters higher directly across the courtyard.
