Brilliant stay. Beautiful apartment, well equipped and convenient for the town, Abbey and eateries etc. Sarah and Tony are very approachable and get back to you quickly. Don't depend on being able to park outside though as only 4 spaces and only free from 6pm to 09.30. Best to park on the car park which is 2 minutes away and using the parking app is very reasonable. Great place to stay, loved the town and it's people. Thank you Sarah and Tony 😎

A short stay of 2 nights, 2 adults, 2 kids. The apartment is located centrally in Beer, shops and beachfront literally on your doorstep. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Good amenities. Tastefully decorated. Private parking spot very useful. Highly recommended if you are looking for a central location in Beer village. Lydia was very responsive from the time I made the booking. She messaged to check on us through the course of the stay and was very friendly, a great host. I would definitely recommend staying at her apartment.

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

A stunning, stylish apartment with large rooms, elegantly furnished in a mixture of period and contemporary styles with a choice of sitting rooms, a private garden and a huge sun trap patio looking out towards Torquay and Dartmoor. Good facilities especially for those with walking difficulties as where there are steps, ramps are provided and wheel chair access is therefore, relatively easy. My wife and I had superb weather and a very enjoyable week and hope to return again soon.

Had 4 lovely nights at Nicole's place. very clean and beautifully maintained. this property is in a great place too. 5 mins walk to two great pubs with lovely food. 2 minute walk to a path down to the beach. take a left towards Bournemouth and Boscombe which we did 11 miles walked that day! and a right towards the Sandbanks. There you can catch a chain ferry to Studland beach. 🥰 I would definitely recommend staying here. you won't be disappointed. great stay! Thank you Nicole 😊

Absolutely stunning apartment, probably the best I've stayed in. The decor and furniture was beautiful and it was most definitely the cleanest holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in, absolutely immaculate. Check in was easy and you also have your own parking spot. The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring and with the added bonus of a bus stop right outside the door so you can enjoy a lovely open top bus trip to any of the surrounding towns, we went to Bournemouth which took about half an hour. We also walked to the beach at Sandbanks which took approximately ten minutes, such a lovely vibe there in the evening. We also visited Poole town center but I personally wouldn't recommend going there, I think Poole Quay is meant to be nicer. I would highly recommend this place, I have already sent the link to my friends! We would definitely love to stay again 😀

On arriving home on Friday night, there were several cars that made it very difficult to park easily in the parking slot allocated. I realise that people stay over, however, sufficient space needs to be shared for easy access, especially as we had an elderly granny to get out of the vehicle. Just a small point! Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Lovely apartment, clean and tidy, close to town, though several steps to go down if you don’t go by road, Moira was always quick to respond.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Anchors Away apartment which was tastefully decorated, spotless and very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus which afforded a wonderful sea view and also a delightful view of the occasional steam engine chugging along the picturesque Somerset Heritage Railway line. This is a lovely tranquil spot from which to explore the many attractions of Somerset, Exmoor and North Devon

Accurate description, Centrally located. Excellent communication pre and during our stay, Nia was very helpful in providing information and recommendations whilst visiting Totnes. The studio was just as described spotlessly clean comfortable with everything needed for our short break, I would highly recommend Nia and Primrose Studio as a must if visiting Totnes, Diolch Yn Fawr Amanda and Ian

Stay Salty was excelent, central location and very close to a car park. Dog friendly and a beach just round the corner within easy walking distance. a couple of 100 yds. As bad weather was expected on one day Matt offered to supply extra dog towels if needed, totally unexpected but shows the level of service. Teignmouth was good and within easy reach of larger town if the need was there. Would recommend it to anyone who fancied the area along the glourous South Devon Coast.

Diana is the best host — a true gem, which is rare these days! The place was spotlessly clean, tidy, and incredibly pleasant. I was welcomed with beautiful fresh flowers, toiletries, milk, and coffee — such thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. The location is fantastic and conveniently close to shops. Highly recommended!

Lovely weekend stay at The Snug. Everything we needed was provided, felt like home from home. Great location, 10 mins gentle walk to the harbour. Parking not a problem. Bed super comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Quick communication from Mia when had a couple of questions, would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was my second stay here. An ideal location if you have dogs as the park is just across the road . Luke provides lots of little extras which are appreciated. Good value for a self contained one bedroom flat.

Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

Had a fantastic stay, great facilities, master bed was so comfortable, indoor pool was warm and hot tub was preheated when we arrived. Peaceful, private break and would stay again

The cottage and location were just perfect for us with a great mixture of peaceful countryside surroundings, pool, games room and easy access to multiple beaches for seaside adventures with our primary aged kids. Judy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom a bonus!

We hope to return again next year! It was perfect.

Only stayed 2 nights but enjoyed our stay. We used the pool which was lovely. The local pub was nice and the food was great. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

My parents had an amazing one-month stay at Laura’s Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which made exploring the area so easy. Laura was incredibly welcoming, quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool and activities room and playgrounds were wonderful. You could book private sessions in the pool although we also found the communal sessions generally weren’t busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for our daughter as it wasn’t too deep which really helped her build confidence at swimming. We loved playing table tennis and badminton with our older child while the plentiful toys (especially the pedal tractor) kept the little one very happy! Lots to do in the surrounding area, although the peaceful/remote location meant they were all a fair drive away. Apartment was as pictured. It had everything we needed and was always warm- important for October half term break!

This is a GOLD STAR host. Our one problem was to find the keybox but that might be our ‘foreign’ status. Especially helpful host, instant reaction. We especially thank Dave for the super fluffy towels, the thoughtful, kind food gifts (after a long travel), the cleanliness, providing all bathroom necessities. At this time of year reasonably quiet and of course, the cherry on the cake is the heated, beautifully kept swimming pool. Safe and secure parking is TOP (important with a rental car). Would come again w/o hesitation. Thanks for making our hols a treat!
