The Retreat is a one-bedroom ground floor annex, under the owners own home, situated in an elevated position on a quiet residential road overlooking the beautiful West Charleton Nature reserve and across the estuary to Salcombe. This comfortable ground floor home has a spacious kitchen area, and open plan living area with the view from both the living and bedroom windows. Guests can relax outside where seating is provided for morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine, taking in the views.
