Good access to local amenities, vineyards, Petworth House, Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, Walking, Cycling and the coast. 5 mins walking distance to village pubs, tearoom and shop. Continental breakfast included. Sorry but we cannot accommodate infants or children.

Built in the early 19th century, Church Mouse Cottage has all the charm and character you would expect from a Georgian property. Located on the edge of our village, which boasts two excellent pubs and an award winning village store, we are tucked away from passers by and traffic. The covered porch is perfect for al fresco breakfasts as the sun comes up, or rain patters down! Birds and wildlife abound. Village amenities are accessed via a private gateway onto a public footpath.

Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular lifestyle retreat from busy lives since then. The woodland Zeppelin is located near our original rental, Airship 001, but is designed differently inside to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal.

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.
