Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in West Seneca

Great location (close to the airport but quiet and peaceful). Very spacious and super clean!! The owner provided us ample daily necessities which made our trip like being home. Many thanks to them and will definitely come back again if we are back to Buffalo.

Gorgeous place in a safe neighborhood. The space was huge, great value. Well kept, and loved how there was a tv in every room. The host did an amazing job and created a very thorough binder of all amenities, local suggestions and attractions. Check out instructions were very clear and easy. Everything was perfect, but my only complaint was the upstairs neighbours were very loud and could be heard very clearly while we were trying to sleep. Aside from that our stay was incredible

The apartment had great touches: free street parking, K-Cups, clean towels, a bidet, two strong A/C window units, in-unit laundry, and it was sparkling clean. It’s walking distance to BreadHive Bakery & Cafe, and check-in was easy thanks to the host’s clear, detailed instructions. We appreciated having everything we needed for a short stay. Some things to note: the bathroom is very small, the staircase to the unit is extremely steep, and a Mercedes in the driveway made bringing in luggage tricky. The bedroom blinds were partially broken, so expect early morning light. There was also loud construction next door during our stay. While I wouldn’t recommend Buffalo in general—my cousin was robbed at gunpoint just over a mile away—we felt safe and comfortable here. If you’re staying in Buffalo, this is a solid choice with a unique artwork style.

Charming Buffalo neighborhood with food and drinks close by. We took a lovely evening stroll to town on our last night. The whole stay was comfortable and definitely recommendable.

We had a fantastic stay at Audrey & Nick’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We were in town to see family, and this was the perfect home base. The space was even better than expected—beautifully maintained and in a great location. Audrey & Nick were wonderful hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely want to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Joe’s place! The location is perfect - walkable to coffee & bakeries, restaurants & bars! Even had a Birds Eye view of the Hallmark movie being filmed on Main St below us! Joe was very responsive and informative. Will definitely look to stay at Joe’s place the next time we are in EA

Cheryl's place was beautiful and welcoming. There was a welcome basket in the kitchen with Niagara water and snacks, a basket in the bathroom with small Kleenex and sanitizer, and a welcome note on a chalkboard with our names. Everything was well stocked. The welcome binder had maps with everything from restaurants to nearby hospitals. When our arrival was delayed, Cheryl turned on extra lights so we could easily find our way. I would caution that the stairs were quite steep for us to get our large suitcases up. My only complaint is when hosts leave a list of checkout cleaning jobs. We had to get up early to catch a flight and had to plan extra time to take sheets off bed and take trash out. If I pay a cleaning fee, I shouldn't have to do the cleaning at 5:15am before checking out. Other than the cleaning checkout requirements, I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl's place.

The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully put together—Everything needed was there, and the vibe was peaceful and welcoming. Ezra was super responsive and made check-in really easy. Whether you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax or a comfortable base for exploring the area this place is perfect!

This house was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 4 - could have easily fit 8 people pretty comfortably. House was certainly an old home that came with some quirks, but was nicely renovated and fully stocked with helpful items, kitchen was very nice with great quality appliances. Backyard was a great little oasis with a cool spot to relax, grill and eat an outdoor dinner. 25 mins to Niagara Falls, which was our main reason for visiting the Buffalo area. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is on a fairly busy road which was good and bad. A decent amount of constant vehicular traffic, but also very easy to get to places. Would recommend this house for a large family or a couple small families looking to visit the Buffalo/Niagara area.

Matt & Lauren's place is such a gem in Buffalo. We stayed there for a weekend, and we felt right at home. The place home is super spacious, clean, and quiet. We appreciated the wonderful kitchen where we were able to prepare and share meals. We also appreciated the location, which is walkable to downtown, Allentown, and Elmwood Village, so we actually didn't drive a single time during our stay. Matt and Lauren left clear instruction and were otherwise accommodating. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

Three couples spent a weekend in Lisa’s place to attend a concert at Highmark Stadium. The house was perfect for us….included local restaurant recommendations, was very clean and organized and had both a front porch and seating in the back yard where we could enjoy morning coffee or cocktails. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the Orchard Park area. We hope to return soon!

We just finished a wonderful stay. The house was lovely - it had all the amenities mentioned and was nicely appointed. The living space is large and comfortable with cozy couches and a big dining table. Everything worked well and was clean and organized. I was especially grateful to Sabira for checking in on us on our arrival day - they even offered to turn the lights on since our flight got in late. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone in the area, and we hope to stay again during our annual spring visit to Cheektowaga.

Such a wonderful place to stay in Buffalo! Easy to find and check in. The whole home was clean and ready for guests. Beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

The place was so close to the airport that we didn't have to worry about missing our flight. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is very calm and secure. Enjoyed have stayed there and telling our friends about this quaint place.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and just as pictured. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. I enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There’s a private parking lot in the back for guests which was very nice so I didn’t have to park in the street. I would stay here again!

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.

The condo was really very nice. Very new and clean. Amanda helped me immediately every time I couldn’t figure something out. She was very nice. Beds were comfortable and condo had all the cleaning supplies and paper we needed, even a wagon for the beach.

Our family had an amazing stay at Mosunmola’s condo. Fantastic location and very close to all the major attractions at Niagara Falls. It made exploring the city so convenient. The shoes off policy was a pleasant surprise and such a blessing. This was the perfect family-friendly place, absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!
