New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. De studio "De Noot" is compleet, sfeervol en luxe ingericht en bevindt zich in een landelijk gelegen woonboerderij, op de begane grond, aan de rand van de stad. Een fantastische plek om als uitvalsbasis te benutten, te werken of tot rust te komen. Er zijn 2 fietsen beschikbaar voor gasten. Openbaar vervoer is op loopafstand. Parkeren is gratis. Er is een groot groen erf met een boomgaard, weiland met poel (en bankjes), kippen, haan, schapen en een lieve hond (stabij).

This lovely comfortable home is located near the city center and a green park. Fully equipped; free parking and free use of two bicycles... Within 10 minutes, you can be in the city center by bike. But once back in the house, you will experience the peace and space. The house has two spacious bedrooms and a workspace with a balcony. Two rooms with a double bed. One bedroom with a single bed. There is also a desk with a computer screen.

Het modern ingerichte huisje ligt aan de rand van Haren en grenst aan een natuurgebied. Het lichte huisje heeft een grote woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar je privé tuin aan het water. Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.

This cozy saloon car is in the yard between the horses, chickens and geese. Enjoy the simplicity of this nice place with a fireplace, your own kitchen, box bed and 'outdoor' shower and toilet (see photos). The car can be heated by a pellet stove and equipped with all comforts for a restful stay. A made bed, clean towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the price.
