Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Its roof is supported by two strong Spessart oak trunks, which support the visible spruce rafters. Perfect for nature lovers!

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 bedroom apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and associated with visiting surrounding attractions. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hikers will find numerous hiking trails.
