Lovely studio - quiet location and short walk to the beach. Close to local attractions like Marsgate/Ramsgate/Broadstairs. Had everything we needed for a quick weekend break.

We really enjoyed our weekend. The house is in a great location for the beach and Margate town. The house is spotless, well equipped and tastefully furnished. There is plenty of space outside and in. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable break. Thank you. x

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. Had an amazing time at Lynne's. A very approachable and lovely lady. The place was spotless. It had far more than i would ever need. Once i get in a property i don't like having to go straight out again to find a shop with milk, tea, sugar etc. so i can make a cuppa. Lynne provided all these things - also there was a can of Bud in the fridge, packets of crisps, sweets. Lynne really goes the extra mile. The place itself has been beautifully decorated - i don't think i have been anywhere as nice and the sea-view from the kitchen and living room was just amazing. That is just what you want to see when you get up in the morning - beautiful blue sea. The property is about an 8 minute walk to the station and shops... and about a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is situated on a very quiet street. I wish i could have stayed longer. This was probably my favourite holiday for many years. Thanks Lynne.
