This place was just perfect for our girl’s trip! Perfect location! Great restaurants nearby, baseball field, Union Station. ❤️ Loved that it was on the 13th floor and had a balcony. Nice kitchen and amenities. Great space! The hosts made everything uber easy… from check-in to checkout. Very quick responses and everything was laid out for you. Would definitely stay here again! Angie and Jeff’s place was absolutely perfect! They were incredibly attentive and accommodating, especially with our last minute stay request. The apartment was unbelievably clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building was safe and secure, and it offered fantastic amenities, including a pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and convenient parking. We also loved the location — just steps from restaurants and a grocery store, making it easy to explore the best of downtown Denver on foot. We highly recommend their place and will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome place! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops on Larimer street and also on Welton. Perfect location and the home was spotlessly clean and so comfortable and roomy. Very cute decor and little touches throughout. The kitchen was wells to led to cook meals at home. The perfect home away from home. Very responsive and welcoming host as well! Highly recommend!

My buddy and I really enjoyed staying in this apartment, and Lillian is an incredible host! She was incredibly responsive, cared about our experience, and made herself available 24/7. We had a few questions and things that came up out of her control, and she always responded within a minute, even if later in the evening. Here is what else you need to know: Location: Perfect if you want to be downtown Denver. It is safe, right near Coors Field, very walkable, and close to Union Station. There is a Whole Foods and CVS at the base of the building, and you're a $10 Uber from great restaurants, music venues, etc. The Apartment/Building: The entire building is very secure, with your own code that gets you anywhere! There is a great pool area with many young residents hanging out, an awesome workout facility and lounge area, and you feel like one of the residents when staying there. The apartment is new, fresh, clean, quiet, and comfortable. You will have everything you need!

We wish we could have stayed longer! the apt was great, the building with all its amenities was beyond expectations! we were just in town for a show at Red rocks, which was surprisingly easy enough to get to from this downtown location. wished we could have enjoyed all the property had to offer! such a cool building & everyone we conversed with was very pleasant. the apt had very cool, thoughtful touches from LED lighting to a great full length mirror to check your fit before stepping out downtown. I would definitely stay again & again when back in Denver!

This was a really charming place and great for a large group trip. The house had more amenities and touches — and it’s sweet how they pass on untouched purchases to different guests (like groceries). We stayed for 3 nights with 10 adults and had a really nice time. The back patio was lovely for the one night we ate all together at the Airbnb.

This place is awesome!!! Beautiful house, well furnished, all supplies you need to feel at home, and enough space/beds to fit 8 people easily. The sauna, putting green, hot tub, projector, and grill all worked well. And the hosts have plenty of games and activities in stock for a great time. Host is quick and available on communication, but does not invate the space or send too many messages. Provides plenty of details and answers all questions quickly! Overall we had a wonderful experience! Would absolutely recommend staying here

Great stay! Lots of rooms for me and my friends to stay in. The provided games were an incredibly nice touch as well as the merchandise. One of the most creative BnB stays yet and would recommend to others!

We totally felt at home. Very cozy. We wat hed a movie on the theater, chairs were comfortable. Had a variety of movies! My 2 daughters enjoyed the co cert Cold Play whiIe my daughters boyfriend and I hung out at the house! Thanks for allowing us in your home for a couple of days!!!

Everything was great! This was a great house for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. It had a great front yard and backyard for the kids to explore if they wanted to.

Great place to stay with plenty to do in the house. We enjoyed the garage with the ping pong table and pool table! Plenty of space

This house was amazing for our group of 9 ranging in ages from one to 70+. This house was perfect. We had plenty of room. The view was amazing!!! This house had tons of entertainment and thoughtful touches throughout. Whenever I thought to myself, it would be nice if there was….I immediately found it. We would 100% stay there again!

Shaughn and Jenn decorated the house beautifully. They thought of everything and for all ages and including for pets. Our stay was so comfortable - home away from home feel! They went above and beyond a BnB: the kitchen was so well stocked, the bathrooms were stocked too and the basement was a dream for all ages with plenty to do and have fun even a movie night no less with a full wall screen !! Old town Arvada with lots of restaurants and gift shops is within walking distance. So is the beautiful park only 5 minutes away where there is a huge children’splayground , picnic grilling spots!! It even has a frisbee course and skateboarding area too!! Loved, Loved the place!! Will definitely come back for sure! ThankyouShaughn and Jenn for making us feel very much at home…. My 86 yr old mother loved it too as we came to celebrate Mother’s Day with 3 generations of mothers. ❤️🙏🏽
