Beautiful, very bright small apartment absolutely central, only 100 meters from the Elisabethkirche, with everything needed. Cozy double bed with electrically adjustable headboards, complete small kitchen, daylight bathroom. Very quiet house in a central location. The apartment is in a quiet area and impresses with its cozy charm. The residential building, which was built in 2017, has 7 additional residential units. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.
