Quietly located, with private access and balcony, you can relax here or you can be in the city very quickly. It is just a few minutes' drive to Klinikum Wetzlar or Leica-Welt and just 200 meters to the nearest bus stop. In the garden, a cozy sauna with pool can be used. Children can and are allowed to live out their natural urge to move and play. Parents, of course, too. Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a large balcony and wide views of nature. Two spacious bedrooms can accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. Close to shopping. Weilburg and the Lahn Valley offer many leisure and recreational opportunities.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.
