The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Inmitten von Wald und Wiesen liegt die kleine Wohnung mit eigenem Stellplatz und lädt zum entspannen und entdecken ein. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist mit einem Backofen, einem Induktionskochfeld, Spüle und mit kleinem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Bett mit 1,4 x 2,0m und eine Schlafcouch mit 1,8 x 1,9m. Eigenes kleines Bad mit Dusche. Erreichbarkeit: München 40min, Spitzingsee 20min

Fairytale forest getaway

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

Cozy apartment in the Mangfall Valley

My apartment is located in the beautiful Mangfalltal in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (district of Feldkirchen). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham station (4 min. by car or 20-25 min. on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 min. by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. This way, you can explore both cities without a car.

Welcome to our charming apartment in Oberholzham, an idyllic village in the Bavarian Mangfall Valley! The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house and can accomodate up to 4 guests. Due to its location, the apartment offers the perfect starting point for unforgettable excursions to the mountains, to Munich or Salzburg or for a relaxing day on the huge balcony terrace with a breathtaking alpine panorama from the spray to the Kampenwand!

Holiday apartment "Rustys Mangfallidyll"

We cordially invite you to spend your vacation in the idyllic Mangfall Valley on the outskirts of the Bavarian Alps. Our apartment offers 64 m² of space for 2-4 people and extends over the ground floor of our former family home (built in 1950). The 2.5-room apartment located in a quiet village was completely renovated and lovingly furnished in 2024. It has a large garden and is a great base for cycling, hiking, swimming, skiing and city trips.

Cozy room with bathroom and view

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place near Munich and Rosenheim. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. Direct train connections to Munich or Rosenheim. In less than 10 minutes' walk you can reach several restaurants, a bakery, an ice cream parlor, a supermarket and much more. By car, you can reach beautiful lakes and impressive mountains within half an hour, which invite you to explore.
