Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Cozy apartment in the Mangfall Valley

My apartment is located in the beautiful Mangfalltal in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (district of Feldkirchen). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham station (4 min. by car or 20-25 min. on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 min. by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. This way, you can explore both cities without a car.

Terralpin Apartments - DG between Munich and Lake Chiemsee

This charming apartment of 54 square meters offers friendly and bright accommodation for up to 3 people in the Mangfall Valley. You can reach all the important places in no time from this centrally located place. The cities of Munich, Rosenheim and Salzburg, the mountains, Lake Chiemsee, Lake Tegernsee and other Upper Bavarian lakes can be reached in 20-60 minutes by car or train. The Bruckmühl train station is within a max. 5 minutes on foot.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Vacation rental - penthouse with mountain views

Our bright, handicap accessible and child-friendly penthouse apartment offers the highest living comfort and first-class equipment on about 91 m². The apartment is ideal for 4 people and is located on the top floor of a modern apartment building, which is easily accessible by elevator. With the sunny roof terrace and the central location, this apartment leaves nothing to be desired. The accommodation is not rented as a fitter's apartment!

Forest house

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
