Wonderful lodge, beautiful surroundings, outdoor space was excellent. Hosts were proactive in providing any information we might need. The lodge was clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to dine either inside the lodge or in the excellent outside space. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Secure garden for our dogs was great, they were safe and there was no way of them escaping the garden. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here, felt right at home. Plenty of space for the 6 of us, comfortable sofas and beds, plenty of towels for the hot tub. The surrounding area was beautiful with a short walk to the lake. The hosts came back straight away with my many questions and we are getting a date sorted to book back in next year. One point to make is that there is pub down the road that although google said was open, it isn't at weekends. There is a great little cafe though on the lake that is a 5 minute walk away. Easy to get a food shopping order delivered and a really nice touch of a cake and bottle of wine as we were there celebrating Birthdays. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful home in an excellent location. We recently stayed as a party of 10 for a hen do weekend. The house had everything we could need, very spacious but offered a cosy feel. All was clean and tidy. Anna was a great host, very friendly and responsive. I would happily recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely time here our first overnight trip with our new baby. Brilliant hosts, the bread and eggs were a nice touch. Interesting cup lights in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend. Thanks :)

We stayed in Kestrel Barn as a group of four friends. Nicola is a great host with brilliant communication, everything was very clear and easy. The barn is a lovely space and spotlessly clean. 10 mins walk to a lovely beach and a couple of pubs. The outdoor space and hot tub are fab too!

FABULOUS STAY!! ONE OF THE BEST ON AIR-BNB. Stunning location and the home was epic. Gorgeous old farmhouse with all the modern comets. Stayed with our entire family and the kids were so happy. Hot tub, walks and plenty of space to run around. Sarah always responded and was proactive to help us with anything. We even extended our stay we were having so much fun. We will be back.

The Pump House exceeded all of our expectations. The setting was breathtaking—surrounded by peaceful nature, with beautiful views in every direction. It was the perfect place to switch off and enjoy some true tranquility. The architecture of the property is remarkable—thoughtfully designed with a stylish blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. It looks amazing in the photos, but in person, it's even more impressive. The accommodation itself was spacious and easily fit all 14 of us, with room to spare. The bedrooms and bathrooms were of exceptional quality, and every one of us slept incredibly well in the comfortable beds. We came prepared for the bugs, so I’d definitely recommend bringing citronella candles and repellent—not one of us got bitten! The remote location was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature—it made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mario's cottage. It was a welcoming place with a home from home feel. It was exactly as described, tidy and well presented, with everything we needed. The area was a fantastic base for exploring the Norfolk coast. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone wanting a peaceful, cosy and well equipped holiday home. Mario was a great host and made us feel welcome.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sheringham. The flat was extremely well located and was spacious and comfortable. Such a bonus to have outside space too. Will definitely return.

Just wow! The cosiest, most beautiful cottage, close by to shops and beach we didn’t need to use the car. Went on the Norfolk light express which was magical, then back to put the fire on, feeling very festive. Thankyou Fiona we will be back!

Myself, my partner and family stayed in this property for my mums 60th. The cottage was as lovely as you can see in the pictures. The property was spotless and had a very homely feel to it. It was also a great size for 6 people. The area was super quiet and peaceful, with a lovely beach 15/20 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

We e joyed our stay, unfortunately my husband became unwell and was taken to hospital before the end of our holiday. Charlotte was very understanding about our situation. We loved how quirky the chalet was, bed was lovely and comfortable, the area was quiet and really nice walks close by. We will definitely be booking up again.

We had a lovely 3 nights here. Very relaxing, comfy bed. Lovely courtyard garden. Very large shower. We ate at Blackboys Hotel where the food was incredible! ! We took our puppy with us, the property was perfect for this. Rebecca’s asked any questions we had very quickly. We visited Happisburgh

Nice place clean and tidy. Great super fast broadband and having Netflix is a great bonus although we were out at the lovely beaches most of the time we were there Will consider booking again as we will definitely be coming back to Norfolk.

Our family stayed at one of the beautiful lodges, we were greeted by Steve, what a lovely man, he shew us how to use the amenities, and said if we needed anything , just to ask, he left us to enjoy our 2 night stay, swimming pool amazing, hot tub amazing, our lodge was amazing too, near to the broads where we enjoyed a boat trip, really was the best 2 days, we will be going back sometime in the future Natalie Devereux

Perfect location. Really comfortable space. Everything we needed. Fab having access to the swimming pool. It wasn't busy, so we had relative flexibility to use the pool at the times we wished. Easy access to local places to visit for a great holiday including long walks on beautiful beaches. Would recommend!

Visited over the Easter weekend; four nights. It was an absolute delight. The farm shop was incredible, the baby goats unforgettable. Good for kids and adults alike. We got lucky with a lot of sunlight. Stay again? I think we might.

had a wonderful family break with my two teenagers. Fantastic location near to the beach, good family entertainment in club house, near to great Yarmouth stadium and seafront.

A great, homely, caravan with all the facilities we needed. A nice quiet site which is a bit older fashioned and quirky. Beautiful views of the sea and Trimingham beach from the site. Partial sea view from the caravan. Everything was clean and well kept. Nice little pool, clubhouse/bar and cafe on site. Easy access via key safe. Host very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

Rachel accommodated us to stay in her annex less than 24 hours before our booking which was amazing. She was very friendly and the place was lovely. Great access to a private terrace area and we were able to use the shared pool which was nice and warm! Within 20 mins from a lovely beach and lots to explore in the local area
