Premium Lodge at Blackthorn Gate

Blackthorn Gate comprises four luxury holiday lodges, situated on the border of North Yorkshire and Tees Valley. Set in 230 acres of open farmland the lodges have been specifically designed and positioned with the huge windows at the front facing directly at Roseberry Topping so you can enjoy uninterrupted views of this glorious landmark. The lodges are spacious and airy and can accommodate either 4 or 5 guests depending on the lodge. Mobility aids are available for use in the lodges.

Astor York is set in a beautiful Grade II listed building just minutes walk to the historic centre! With a huge cozy lounge, dining areas, free WiFi throughout the building and every room ensuite, Astor York is the perfect base for exploring the incredible historic centre of York. There is also a bar on the property if you fancy a drink with friends, or to meet fellow travellers, and a kitchen where you can cook your own food if you are on a budget.

The Sandbeck, Grosmont

A delightful double room with outside balcony and bistro table and chairs perfect for a stay at the seaside. Inside is a small kitchen / refreshment area with fridge, sink, and kettle. It comes with a king size double bed and an en-suite shower room. This 2nd floor room offers views across the beach and piers. The outside balcony is a great place to sip a drink, smell the sea air and take in the views. An outstanding modern well decorated room.

Our most popular 'romantic' room which features a double round bath and a separate walk-in shower. Its idyllically private making this a perfect couple’s retreat for anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful location, close to the North Yorkshire coast.

Manor Farm Bed & Breakfast, East Heslerton, Malton

We are a small family run B&B set in the vale of Pickering, North Yorkshire. Within 20 minutes we have the local towns of Malton, Pickering, Scarborough and Filey. Being situated on the route of the Wolds Way Walk makes us popular with walkers and ramblers. We have two en-suite bedrooms and our breakfast of your choice is very popular using locally sourced ingredients.

Crow's Nest is a self contained 3 bedroomed apartment on the top floor of Hotel La Rosa. The rooms are loosley based on Peter Pan and share a living room with tea/coffee making facilities. Two of the rooms have view across the harbour to the Abbey and the sea, one of which has an en-suite shower room.
