Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Our historic stone house, known locally as Mauthner, is situated at an altitude of 824 meters and is being lovingly and painstakingly renovated. Three vacation apartments will be ready for our guests starting in May 2026! The Lindenblick apartment, with its spacious bedroom, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom, guarantees a cozy stay! Das Apartment besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit einer exklusiv ausgestatteten Küche und Weinkühlschrank und offenen Kamin. 2 Loggien mit 7 m2 und westseitig ein Balkon. Eine der beiden Wittmann-Couches im Wohnzimmer kann zu einem Doppelbett ausgezogen werden. Ein Bad ist mit Dusche und Waschmaschine bzw. Wandheizkörper ausgestattet und das 2. hat Dusche und WC kombiniert. Zusätzlich gibt es ein WC im Apt.. Bodenheizung und Klima auch....

Studio 1111 with Sauna & Hot Tub

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Auf etwa 900m Seehöhe über der Nebelgrenze gelegen befindet sich im malerischen Ort Trahütten das Koralpenchalet. Blicken Sie von der großen Terrasse direkt auf die Koralpe und genießen Sie die frische Waldluft. Das aus Holz erbaute Chalet bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz gegehrt. Zwei Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa bieten Platz für max. 6 Personen. Nach einem ereignisreichen Wandertag kann man in der Fasssauna oder dem Holzbadefass entspannen.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
