Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen on a total of about 320 m². NEW: Free shuttle throughout the stay for all major destinations in the surrounding area. Therefore, arrival and stay also possible purely by public transport! The nearest ski resort (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For kids we have a well-equipped playroom.

Zauberberg & Panhanswiese

Only 80 meters to the Panhanswiese, you can slide down to the Zauberberg valley station, from where you can reach the top of the 1350-high mountain with the Hirschenkogel mountain railways. From there, the FIS World Cup Piste Panorama, the South-West or Freeride East Slope, the Split Park for freeskiers and snowboarders or the toboggan run lead into the valley. A cozy apartment awaits you on the 1st floor with open living and sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom & toilet, with a double bed and additional sofa bed.
