Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen on a total of about 320 m². NEW: Free shuttle throughout the stay for all major destinations in the surrounding area. Therefore, arrival and stay also possible purely by public transport! The nearest ski resort (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For kids we have a well-equipped playroom.

Das Badezimmer ist modern gestaltet und bietet eine ebenerdige Dusche. Kostenloses TV und Wlan steht Ihnen im ganzen Haus zur Verfügung. In the summertime, you will find that the apartment is the perfect starting point for hiking and cycling in the forest and mountains. There are also lakes for swimming nearby. Das familienfreundliche Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer neuen Wohnanlage im Stadtteil St. Sebastian. Fußläufig findet man sowohl die Skipiste der Bürgeralpe samt Skischule (ca. 3 Min.), als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa). In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man den wunderschönen Erlaufsee (mit dem Auto), das Zentrum von Mariazell mit seiner schönen Basilika und einigen Geschäften schafft man in ca. 25 min zu Fuß.

Entire vacation home (2 bedrooms + 1 living room + private sauna). ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Tourist tax, cleaning, electricity, gas, water and wood. An additional fee is charged for dogs only. Hohentauern is located at 1,274 meters of altitude and is the perfect place for your hiking or skiing vacation. After a strenuous tour, you can review the day in our private sauna or in front of the cozy wood-burning stove.

The cozy apartment is located in a traditional house from 1930. We offer you 115 m² over 2 floors. On the first floor is the living/dining room with an incredible view of the basilica and the Mariazell mountains, a fully equipped kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, separate toilet and a bedroom. On the second floor, there is a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds and an anteroom.

Living close to nature

Relax in a quiet and friendly environment. In the former inn Eichinger there is the cozy apartment. A large garden invites you to linger. The stream next to it entices you to explore. In the small town of Kirchbach there are two grocery stores, one of which is a truly original Greißlerei. There is also an inn, a graphic museum, a pond, a church, a board museum and a ski lift.
