The rustic half-timbered house is located in the middle of the forest. In 2020, the cottage was completely renovated: modern, high quality and flooded with light. Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The secluded property offers the best conditions for relaxing moments with up to 8 people. [Children up to the age of 10 stay free of charge/when booking with an accompanying person.]

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seat, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of six people and is located close to the city center in a quiet, family-friendly residential area. Downtown and the city train station can be reached within ten minutes.

The apartment in Langen in southern Emsland near Lingen is located in a quiet area and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment on the upper floor is fully equipped and has a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a living room with TV and fireplace, a conservatory, a terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill as well as two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower as well as a washing machine.

The 100qm Apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, designed to create a relaxed & homely ambience. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with 180x200m kingsize Boxspring beds & one with a comfortable 200x200m bed. It features a guest WC, bathroom with a bathtub, shower & toilet. The open living & dinning room with a balcony view in the nature can serve as a perfect area for working remotely. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

Our charming apartment is centrally located and offers plenty of space to relax and unwind on approx. 70 m². The unique loft character is ideal for a stay for 2 people with the possibility of accommodating a third person.

Unique Chalet in outdoor area (4-6 people)

Together with our Tiny house (see my other ad), our Chalet is located in a nature reserve, 5km outside Lingen. On the river Ems, where you can enjoy swimming. The chalet has 4 fixed beds, in addition it has a sofa bed so you can stay in the chalet with a total of 6 people. If you need peace and space with the animals (dogs, cats, chickens and horses) that live with us, then you have come to the right place!
