Hoi, wij zijn Cees en Cathalijne, en bieden onze bovenverdieping met veel plezier aan. Het appartement ligt in Centrumeiland, een nieuwe wijk in Amsterdam. Op loopafstand zijn winkels, supermarkten, terrasjes, restaurants en het strand! Het appartement heeft een woonkamer met pantry, 2 slaapkamers, een badkamer en 2 balkons. Direct achter de gedeelde voordeur is de trap naar boven naar het appartement: deze is apart van de rest van het huis. Wij wonen zelf beneden, dus je hebt veel privacy.

Marmeren schoorstenen, bewerkte plafons, paneeldeuren en glas in lood. De verwarming is elektrisch. Voor € 105.- per overnachting voor 2 personen. Het beschikt over een balkon dat uitzicht heeft op straat waar mooie bomen staan. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig, eigen douche& keuken&wasmachine&droger. Fietsen kunnen gestald worden in de hal resp. achtertuin.

Neat and Clean, two floor apartment in historic building (1652), central located in a quiet pedestrian street. Very central and so easy to reach and to explore from, in a quiet pocket of the the heart of the old center. Apartment is plug and play with all you might need, orientation tour is included (where to do groceries, eat and where not and other information you might need over the city etc.) I do not take groups in their 20ties or anybody coming for partying/festivals.

Op de mooie, bosrijke Veluwe ligt dit houten chalet (62 m2) omgeven door omheinde tuin (350m2) met terras, barbecue en privé-parkeerplaats. De ideale plek om te ontspannen en te onthaasten als bijvoorbeeld stel of gezin. Wij zijn sinds 2023 eigenaar van het chalet en hebben het zo ingericht dat het voor ons een ultieme oase van rust is. Wij verblijven er daarom zelf graag, maar willen het ook openstellen voor anderen zodat meer mensen kunnen genieten van deze mooie plek.

What makes this apartment so special is that it has a private roof terrace overlooking the beautiful courtyard.
