Our modern guest studio in the south of Duisburg on the border with Düsseldorf is ideally suited for vacations in the Ruhr area and the surrounding cities as well as as as as a trade fair apartment when visiting Messe Düsseldorf (approx. 10 km) or Messe Essen (approx. 15 km). The S-Bahn stations Duisburg-Rahm and Duisburg-Großenbaum are in the immediate vicinity. Grocery stores are in walking distance. The recreational area Sechs-Seen-Platte is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to hike extensively.

Great connection to the airport and Messe Düsseldorf, subway/S-Bahn, bus and highways, but in the forest in a quiet location, within walking distance to the Duisburg sports park (top running routes!), equipped with a workplace for your notebook (monitor HDMI, external keyboard & mouse, own landline phone). The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.
