The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The 1st floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Dear guests, We rent out our approx. 70 sqm trade fair/project/holiday apartment (upper floor & attic, detached two-family house). The highway (A 52) is 4 minutes away, 15-20 minutes to Düsseldorf, the trade fair and Mönchengladbach. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, hallway as well as the bright, large living room (32 sqm) and adjoining loggia. On the top floor is the bedroom with a view of the fields (sunset). The loggia (south-facing) overlooking the garden invites you to linger.

Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town.
