*Large cottage perfect for families* Spontaneously and at short notice, we decided 2 weeks ago to spend a few days in snowy, wintery Sauerland. With the vacation home Pape and its central location in Eslohe (all within walking distance), we have landed a hit. Many thanks for the uncomplicated booking and the flexible check-in. We felt immediately comfortable and at home on site. The decor is perfect for family with children and everything was thought of in terms of amenities. There were so many toys for the kids that we were able to leave our own toys right in the car. The slot machine with games from the 80s was not only an absolute highlight for the children. The sauna (thanks for the free sauna infusion!) warmed us up well and provided relaxation in the cold season. We had a perfect short break in your vacation home Pape. We will definitely be back! Very friendly host, but difficult to communicate due to the language barrier. A clear email in advance, which allows you to enter immediately upon arrival. Spacious garage where you can put your car dry and let your ski stuff dry. The house is dated, but that was already visible in the pictures. Still, everything was clean! The beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen also has everything you need: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea. For the kids, there were games and a playsyation. Behind the house is a lawn where the dog could sniff. There is not much to do within walking distance, but it is about 20 minutes drive from the ski slopes of Winterberg. In summary, it is a nice, spacious, somewhat dated, clean house with plenty of space inside and outside. Friendly hosts and good location to relax.

We were already in the accommodation a year ago. Nothing has changed our impression: Great apartment with a lot of comfort, the surroundings are fantastic. Ilona was again a very good and pleasant hostess. Furthermore, an absolute recommendation!

A very nice place to stay. Although it is a bit remote, it is an excellent place to relax, especially thanks to the wellness area.

The house was as described. The communication in advance was great, we already knew exactly what to expect. Check-in went smoothly. The play barn and game room were also very appealing for us. In the area you could do a lot of business, also here there was information in advance. Lots of options for sitting outside. In short, we felt comfortable at the place and can recommend it.

We arrived by car, felt right at home after arrival and slept great. The area was pleasantly quiet, there were many attractions for children/families and great opportunities for food, coffee, cake and ice cream. The hosts were very warm and professional. We will be happy to come back.

We spent some nice days at Klaus's place in Selkentrop. The accommodation is newly renovated, totally cozy, clean and is very quiet and close to nature – ideal for a small break with children. Especially great: the private playground right by the house. Everything was well equipped and child friendly (high chair, fall-out protection by the bed). Otherwise, everything was great and Klaus, who lives on the property with his family, was very friendly and easily accessible.

The log cabin half is modern and lovingly furnished, everything was right. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

A really cozy, beautifully furnished cottage, beautifully located and everything sparkling clean ✨👌🏼 Right outside the door, you can take a wonderful walk or enjoy the tranquility of the garden. We felt very comfortable!

The communication with Olga was excellent from the beginning. She responded within a very short time and answered any questions. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Everything was available and functional, which is described as available. The covered terrace invites you to relax, play board games or barbecue. Some hikes can be started from the apartment. A few meters away is a small supermarket where the fresh rolls taste excellent. The only drawback: The apartment is right on the "main road" which was partly a bit noisy in the morning. We would definitely visit again!

Great place to stay in beautiful rural area. The host was super friendly and helpful. We traveled with two small children and the accommodation was suitable for them.

We had a wonderful weekend in Warburg, it was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations in several ways. Warburg is a very pretty town with an old town where the accommodation was located. We rented all three apartments in the beautiful half-timbered house to spend a weekend with our adult children. Everyone had their own area, but in the top apartment there was also the possibility to eat together at a large table and play in the evening. That was great. The apartments are very tastefully and modernly furnished, we didn't miss anything. David is a very courteous, patient and nice host who has not tired of answering my many questions in advance in a friendly manner. The surroundings of Warburg are also super beautiful, so absolutely worth a trip!!

We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

We liked the nice large shower and the opportunity to enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. We felt comfortable.

Great house in a quiet location! Very friendly host!

A trip with 3 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space, so many loving details. An incredibly beautiful garden. All as described. Whether for grandma and grandpa or the children... everything was there and really lovingly designed. Open the door and feel good! Even the bad weather didn't bother us much, because the accommodation was really good! Very close to the lake. Direct hikes possible. Any time again! Pia All as described.

Very nice stay! The cottage is very complete, has everything and makes the stay very pleasant. Only comment, there was more dust downstairs than upstairs. Partly because it was always a bit cooler there, it was a bit sensitive for people with asthma. Upstairs, everything was very clean. All in all a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommended!

We spent a family weekend with 14 people, including children, in this great house and definitely want to come back! There's nothing missing! As a large group, you have everything you need! At the long table there is all space and the rooms are spacious. Also the garden was perfect in the weather. There are great excursion destinations in the area and the ice cream shop and restaurants around the corner were great. Thank you for letting us spend a weekend in this special house!:)

The accommodation is just the thing for relaxing! It is very quiet and idyllic except for the street that runs below the house. The large terrace invites you to sunbathe and the whirlpools provide relaxation.
