The estate is surrounded by trees and is a 5 minute walk to the Forrest’s visitors centre and station. My house backs onto Delamere golf course and has 3 very good pubs nearby. It has 2 bedrooms with super comfortable beds, a lounge and dining room with log burner and dining table that can seat 8 people. Fully equipped kitchen with garden room that opens up to an enclosed courtyard area. You will be near the local co-op., The Morris Dancer and The Boot Inn. Fantastic walks from the cottage, including Delemere Forest and The Sandstone Trail.

Grooms Cottage - an idyllic Cheshire rural retreat

Grooms Cottage is adjacent to our home in the charming hamlet of Tiverton, near Tarporley, Cheshire. Built in the Victorian era, the cottage was accommodation for a groom to facilitate hunting and shooting parties from the hunting lodge and stables. Guests are provided with a breakfast welcome pack upon arrival consisting of Croissant, butter, Twinings tea, selection of Tassimo coffee pods, organic milk & Wilkin & Sons preserves, all sealed.
