Holiday rentals with breakfast in Wilmington

The place was great! Very clean and tidy! The host was very responsive and provided lots of great information and resources about the area! I would surely stay here again!

Low key and a great place to go if the beach is what you’re after. Location is an easy walk to the beach even with 4 kids. The house had plenty of toys for the kids for inside and the beach. The pool has a great shallow area and I really preferred the decking over the concrete. Plenty of room to relax once the day is winding down too. Kids could stay upstairs with us or just hangout in their own rooms. If you like the night life or going out to eat locally, this is not the best place as options are limited. Food lion is just off the island along with some other chains. As well as a seafood market locally about once a week.

Beautiful and extremely well appointed home for our family reunion and beach trip. Tia has thought of everything you could possibly want or need for a wonderful beach stay. The kitchen is well stocked - we had 3 wonderful family dinners for 11 plus 2 babies. Loved all the little extra touches everywhere and extra supplies and snacks. So thoughtful! And so close to the beach and public access. I will definitely stay at the Orca again!

We had a great stay at Demetria’s home. We so appreciated the amount of space we had to spread out, especially since my husband was doing a writing retreat. Plenty of room for our adult kids to join us, to set up a puzzle, cook and eat in some nights, and everyone having their own space when needed. It was a great jumping off point for everything Wilmington has to offer — shops downtown, Carolina Beach, Cape Fear Museum and Bellamy museum, and of course our favs coffee shops (one within walking distance) and Boba. Also enjoyed the art on the walls and the antique furniture pieces that gave it a cozy feel. I appreciated Demetria’s quick responses with a few questions even though she was traveling in Europe. Would definitely here stay again!

Place was super nice, and very clean and tidy! neighborhood was nice. Ania was very helpful and responsive. Downtown is close, and getting to the beach is easy from here.

Book this lovely home if you want a great view of boats on the ICW, the nearby Oak Island Beach and the town of Southport for shops and restaurants. The home is furnished with all you need, comfortable beds and a great screened porch! We didnt bring a boat, but launch just down the road. Did I mention the hosts were wonderful…just like a neighbor! Sunset Harbor is lovely and peaceful and this airbnb hits ALL the marks!

This place was amazing and exactly as advertised! It’s right in the middle of tons of restaurants and shopping and the owners of the property were very warm and welcoming and as accommodating as you could possibly be. Could not recommend this rental enough!

The pictures don’t do the home justice. It was so clean and new—very close to Wrightsville Beach and the Mayfaire shopping center. Not to mention, Brandon was very responsive and gave clear instructions. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice stay in Wilmington.

This was a wonderful weekend getaway! First time staying at a B&B and what a great experience it was! Right in the heart of the historical district of Wilmington. Lots to do downtown by the river walk and an easy and short walk as well. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Wow! Where do I start…this place is amazing! First off, the pictures on here do not do it justice! I would recommend searching it on google. This b&b is extremely beautiful and right out of a movie! The room and location were perfection. However, what really stood out was the service. You will be greeted by Eppy, who will welcome you and collect any details regarding your arrival! Upon arriving, we met Angie! She is an angel! She makes you feel right at home, so warm and welcoming! The previous review about never being hungry is TRUE!! She makes a killer breakfast!! Not exaggerating whatsoever!! I could honestly keep writing about our incredible experience, fortunately there’s limited characters. If you are looking for a beautiful, magical & wonderful place to stay in Wilmington, do not look any further! You will not find anything that comes close to Angie’s!! Angie & Eppy are so special. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for making our trip so lovely!

This friendly little b-n-b was a find… it’s on a quiet street and right on the intercoastal waterway, with a little sunroom overlooking the water where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Phoebe was an absolute pleasure - excellent communicator and great company over breakfast. I was in town visiting family but she was well equipped for vacationers, with kayaks and a hot tub. Highly recommended!

A weekend getaway at Jeanette’s beach home is exactly what we needed! We loved the location- right on the beach and reasonable walking distance to the boardwalk with shops & restaurants. We utilized Jeanette’s beach towels, chairs and umbrella- it was a perfect day on the beach! Morning walks on the beach, evening walks on the beach to have dinner on the boardwalk & relaxing on Jeanette’s large deck at night listening to the ocean waves were amazing. Her added touches of morning & midnight snacks are a nice added touch..Thank you, Jeanette!

We had an amazing stay! Very friendly hosts, clean space, within walking distance to the river walk, and restaurants. They added so many little touches making the space feel homey and made us feel very welcomed. They also served breakfast every morning which was so yummy!! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Lynn is a very respectful person and always aware of the people who are in her house The house is very nice, very clean with everything you need to be comfortable and it is in a very good area close to many places and beaches 10/10

The house and space was beautiful. It was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet too, but in a walkable location (5 minute walk from the center of downtown). Margaritte was very responsive and provided great recommendations for Wilmington. I would definitely stay here again!
