Jean was an amazing host and the property was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we could’ve needed and more! On top of that, Jean is such an understanding host and I am glad to have gotten the chance to stay at her beautiful property!

Very clean, pleasant, hosts were very responsive, quiet neighborhood, lovely outdoor sitting area. Location was great for us.

We loved our stay at Katherine’s! Cozy, quaint, and perfect walking distance to downtown Wilmington. She gave us several recommendations that we very much appreciated. We will be back!

This was our 2nd time staying here and we love how quaint the unit is. The pool is a big plus, as is the decking at the pool...very quiet and relaxing. Full kitchen with everything you would need to cook. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom and living room. The bed was super comfy and the room was dark in the mornings. We also loved the screened porch, but it was very hot out there in the evenings. We will definitely return.

Peaceful location and 20 mins from any activity including the beach, downtown, Oak Island Lighthouse, and ferries. Neighborhood is walkable, perfect for our pets!

The space is small, tidy, and comfortable and boasts a gorgeous view of the waterway complete with wildlife to watch! Charles was friendly and accommodating, everything you would want in a host.

We had an amazing stay! Super quiet neighborhood for those looking to be close to fun activities and restaurants without all the noise and the hot tub was great too!

Alexis was an absolutely amazing host & her place is amazingly gorgeous! The pictures don’t do it justice! Besides the place being a delight, it was close to my event and amazing restaurants! Due to the thunderstorm I didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor patio and fountain, but I would definitely love to come back & stay for another solo getaway in Wilmington! 💛

Kati’s place is perfect for a beach trip. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Would definitely come back and stay for another beach weekend. Highly recommend!

This place was as described. The area was quiet. Not far from eating places nor shopping areas.

Kevin and Cynthia were amazing!! My family and I had a mishap where we accidentally cancelled our stay and they worked diligently to help us get it booked back so we could come stay in their beautiful studio! They were super responsive, helpful, kind and amazing hosts! They’re amazing people through and through!

Robert was awesome. We grabbed this for my daughter after her apartment had issues. Robert got us in quickly, was helpful and super friendly. The place was perfect and safe, close to everything she needed and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here so we were within walking distance of live oak pavilion and it was the perfect location, only a 15 minute walk. Great amount of space for 2 people and had a large screened in porch area with plenty of seating for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cool down. Kitchen has many appliances if you’re trying to cook a meal, shampoo/conditioner/body wash were provided in the shower, and there were plenty of extra blankets for someone like me who is always cold. When we first arrived I wasn’t sure if we were supposed to go through the back or front door (half the house is closed off to the owner, but you don’t hear/see them), but after a message to the owner, he very quickly was able to help me. If we go to more concerts, we will definitely be staying here again. As a bonus, I stupidly left my favorite cup at the house and after contacting the host, he offered to ship it to me. Thank you Charles for going above and beyond

We had a fantastic stay at Jennifer’s place. Great location, great price, and great hosts! This place was everything we needed and Jennifer was very kind and accommodating for us to check in early to get ready for a wedding and check out late. 10/10 would recommend!

Rosemary's place is in a quiet location, yet still walkable to all the restaurants and the boardwalk. The house was clean and well-prepared. I would absolutely stay at Rosemary's place again!

This might be the best place I’ve stayed! We felt right at home and it was the perfect space for us. David and Brittany were very responsive and kind, and we had everything we needed. The self check in with the keypads was very helpful, and I liked that the house was hidden from the road and from other neighbors. Very clean, and the amenities and yard made us feel secure about having our dog there. Would definitely stay here again! It’s not too far from the beaches while not being in the middle of the tourist areas/traffic.

From start to finish we felt right at home during our stay at Kim’s place! Very very comfy and secluded, perfect for our dogs, and exactly what we needed for a few nights. In a great central location close to basically everything in Wilmington. We will without a doubt be staying here again. Kim herself is a delight as a person and was personally helpful in all aspects! 20/10 will recommend to all of our travel friends!

Jim’s Airbnb is a spacious, delightful apartment only a bit over block walk to the beach entrance. It’s located off the main road and has beautiful surroundings. Very quiet and peaceful with all amenities we needed. I appreciated that there are ceiling fans since I sleep with a fan at home. Everything was well maintained. Jim, who lives above, is a splendid host! We had a very enjoyable stay. If we return to Surf City, we will look for availability there.

Great location, 5 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes to the beach. I can tell the owners put thought and were very intentional to make it comfortable for guest. I appreciated being able to wake up and being able to make my coffee with the coffee they provided. I always like to do laundry before coming home and they even had detergent pods and dryer sheets. They were so kind to welcome us with waters and a couple of snacks. Is the little things that mean a lot. My boy played a little in the pool and enjoyed the floaters and toys. We appreciate this stay and would stay here again. I recommend for a small family or a couple. Very safe, peaceful and homie environment.
