Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.

The apartment is centrally located and has a good connection to the city center (direct bus connection; 3.5 km). There is also a variety of shopping, restaurants, banks and doctors nearby (within a few minutes walk). I attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness (see description).

In our beautiful 70 m² apartment in Siegen Kaan-Marienborn you are simultaneously in the city and near the forest. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by car or bus. The stop is 500 m away. Free parking is amply available on the street. The forest, with beautiful hiking trails, is almost at your doorstep.

The half-timbered house, built in 1676, was renovated by us in the years 2005-2011. In 2018, the neighbouring house was added, which we also renovated. In this house upstairs is the modernized and lovingly furnished apartment "Oarwe". Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay.
