An excellent property, just as described. The garden is a sun trap, so I had breakfast in the sun through to a glass of wine in the evening in the sun (albeit if there were 4 people, some may be in the shade!)

Cloudbreak is Beautifully decorated and well equipped 3 storey house with the most amazing views of the Sea from the top floor. High quality fixtures and fittings throughout. A perfect spot, only a few steps to walk on the beach with the pooches and a open green area a few steps behind the property to walk the dogs round if you don't want to venture too far. We appreciated the treats left for us after a 4 hour drive . If your looking for a family beach side get-together or to explore the local area it's totally worth a stay . We had three superb nights at Penny's. It is within 5 minutes of the beach and 10 minutes from Rye. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything you needed, with seating areas all around the cottage, very quiet and very peaceful. It was a perfect location for visits to Sissinghurst and Great Dixter and exploring the very interesting town of Rye. I wish we had booked for a longer stay and will certainly go back. Penny welcomed us and recommended places to eat - a perfect host.
