Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! Your vacation starts right away in the new, stylishly and comfortably furnished apartment. Located in a quiet residential area, right on the Rothaarsteig, you can start hiking and cycling tours directly from here. The apartment has a bedroom, guest rooms for 2 additional guests, a large bathroom with a tub, a guest toilet with a shower, a living/dining room (with a wood-burning stove), and a southwest-facing balcony. You can grill and enjoy the sun on the large southeast terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

Close to nature in a beautiful house with garden / 10 beds

Das alte Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf am Rande des Bergischen Landes, einen Katzensprung vom Westerwald entfernt. Das Haus wurde in den letzten Jahren renoviert, nur die Fassade fehlt noch. Es gibt sechs Zimmer, zwei Bäder, eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer auf dem Dachboden und ein großes Grundstück (ca. 2.000 m²). Das Häuschen liegt ruhig am Ortsrand eines 300-Seelendorfes, es gibt keine Durchfahrtsstraße, die vornehmlichen Geräusche sind das gelegentliche Blöken der Schafe des Nachbarn.

These former "communal areas" are now private during your stay - just for you. 4 bedrooms (each sleeps up to 3 people, more if you don't mind being a bit squeezed) and 2 full baths.
