We are looking forward to welcoming you back! When you arrive, you will find a quiet country hut situated in a private area alongside our family home in Windermere. The hut is crafted with every attention to detail considered, including a kitchen area and shower room, underfloor heating, a TV, WiFi and a double bed all furnished in a very stylish decor. Through the pretty picture window you can see the outside space complete with Chiminea and tranquil country views. A perfect hideaway!
“We had the BEST airbnb stay ever! Jo's place was soooo sparkling clean and it felt so safe which under the current circumstances is just perfect. The location is ideal as central to windermere but also peaceful and quiet. Walks can be accessed easily via car or even the local ferry. Great recommendations for local cafes and restaurants. We honestly could not have asked for a better holiday and there were so many personal touches which made it way better than we expected!!! “We stayed at Fiona' guest house for three nights, shortly after covid-19 restrictions were lifted on the hospitality sector. Fiona corresponded with us regularly and met us outside the property to give us the key. The car park is easy to access, just off the main road. Fiona was extremely diligent in ensuring that the guest house was as safe as could possibly be. Everywhere was cleaned to a very high standard and the place was spotless. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen, made easier by the fact that there were two supermarkets within a five-minute walk! For location, value, cleanliness and correspondence with the host, you couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the Lake District.”
