A beautiful, 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, large luxury terraced cottage in the prime location in the heart of Winterton-On-Sea. Furnished & equipped to a very high standard, sleeps 2-8 very comfortably. Only a 2 min walk to the beautiful dunes & only a 5 min walk to our fabulous, ALL dog friendly - beach, pub, tea room, beach café, fish & chip shop and corner shop. S/FAST BT WIFI, 6 TVs with FREE Netflix & Prime. Sunny secure gardens with dining area & Gas BBQ. Up to 3 well behaved dogs stay for free.

The cottage is completely fenced in & dog friendly (can't guarantee your dog won't get out depending on its size) . Supermarkets will deliver. The cottage has a selection of bicycles for your use.

Henrys Cottage

Henrys Cottage is a place to make you smile. A warm friendly old fishermans cottage, where I hope you'll feel at home straight away, it is very comfortable & well equipped. Ideal for families & couples, with lots of things to keep you entertained. There is a pub, cafe, shop, fish and chips shop and the beach are all just minutes away. Pets & smoking are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE -Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Steep, wooden turning stairs- but my 82 yr old friend manages fine

Quaint fisherman’s cottage, the closest house to the beach on Beach Road! Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). As is traditional in these cottages the stairs are steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues. 50 paces from the Pier Hotel featured in the film Yesterday and in the heart of Banksy’s Spraycation public gallery around coastal Norfolk and Suffolk!
