We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. We have underfloor heating and all pets welcome.

West Cottage is on a quiet village street in Lessingham, less than two miles from Norfolk's coast and five miles from the Broads. With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed.

Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Grange Cottage is set in 1/2 an acre of its own woods, It has ample parking to the front an enclosed rear garden leading out to the small woods. This comfortable cottage is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children and 2 well behaved dogs.. There is a private garden terrace with a BBQ. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are close by. A welcome breakfast basket included in the price. Two local pubs are within a 5 min drive.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.
