Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

The apartment leaves nothing to be desired and is the perfect starting point for a relaxing active holiday in the eventful Eifel.

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

The "Alte Schule Kirmutscheid" is a 190-year-old building in a secluded location The school is located in the middle of the nature reserve in the forest. the building is listed both inside and outside A small foot flows behind and in front of the school. It is the right place for nature lovers, but also for Nürburgring visitors, which is only a few minutes drive away. The old school lives alone.
