Holiday rentals with a patio in Wirksworth

We had a lovely time staying at Craig’s very homely place. Great city centre location with bars and restaurants just a quick walk up the road and convenient parking right outside. The flat was comfy and well Equipped, instructions were all clear and I really got the impression Craig cared that we had a good stay. Thanks Craig!

Great find, accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Really quirky, clean property, and welcome crumpets for breakfast, Thank you Kirsty! Just be aware, there is quite a steep hill to climb to get to the properly if you walk into Matlock. This was fine for us, but could be an issue for some. Great pubs and pizza take away right across the street. We will definitely reccommend.

We had a lovely stay in this quiet, cosy loft right in downtown Melbourne. Loft is just off the Main Street in a very quiet alley and was a wonderful home base for picking up the bus to download festival and there were several charming businesses within walking distance. The loft was clean and tidy, everything was in good working order and it was a comfortable place to relax after a long day of sun and music. Would definitely book this property again.

Lovely hillside spot in Matlock Bath with views over the valley. Spacious property and well equipped kitchen made it a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Lesley’s place is perfect for a getaway in the High Peaks. It’s clean and comfortable and has all the amenities required. The shower pressure is good and the kitchen is a nice space to cook in. Check-in and out was smooth with really clear instructions. Best of all, Lesley is so friendly with local recommendations and is very responsive if anything is needed. I was staying with my father so I slept on the couch while he took the bedroom and it’s definitely comfortable enough to sleep on. Lesley provided extra linen for this. We were there during very hot days and Lesley put in an extra fan and did everything she could to keep us cool. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area. Couldn't recommend this more, it was exactly what we were hoping for! The whole place was tastefully appointed, spotless, organised and spacious - and with a lovely view of the city to boot. I've never used the keyless entry method utilised here before, but it was seamless and quite impressive! Big recommend for anyone looking for a stay in the city.

A beautiful boutique apartment in a peaceful location. In 30 walk minutes you can either be walking on moorland or drinking a fancy cocktail in a bar. Great place for a weekend break. I think its the best bed I've ever slept in!

Lovely 2 night stay at Jess's place. The cottage has been decorated very nicely throughout. Plenty of space for couple+ toddler +2 dogs. Dog treats on arrival were a lovely touch. Little paved garden was enough for the dogs to totter around and the park just a 2 minute walk away was great for dogs and child alike! As it's a terraced cottage, we did hear the neighbours (including through night/early hours of the morning). Parking wasn't always available opposite, but always able to park within 30 second walk.

A beautifully designed house! Even better than the pictures and perfectly located. Tasteful decor and well equipped home meant this was a perfect stay for our birthday weekend away! We’d happily come and stay again!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Marylise’s place. The home was spotless, exactly as described, and located in a wonderfully peaceful and private area—while still being easily accessible to the city. Marylise was incredibly accommodating, kindly allowing us a late check-out due to remote work commitments, which we really appreciated. This was genuinely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

The fact that this was our second time here speaks volumes. Superb place, ideal for a 'get away from it all' break. Host lives quite close and responds immediatley to any queries. No cellphone coverage but superfast wi-fi. Can't wait till next year.

Had a lovely stay this week aided by glorious weather. The property is in a great location, it feels really rural but with an easy walk into Bakewell centre. Lovely to be able to sit out in the evening overlooking the countryside watching the wildlife, cows and alpacas. The property is really comfortable, modern and clean with all you need for a home away from home feel. Also a good location for visiting the sights of the Peak District. Would recommend Haddon Hall just outside Bakewell, Blue John Cavern was stunning and The Monday market in Bakewell was very good.

A fantastic stay at Quince Cottage. It was spotlessly clean with luxurious bedding and a lovely comfy bed. In a great location and has everything you might need (and more) for your visit. Rebecca was really helpful and gave some great recommendations. 5 stars - highly recommended!

This way our second visit here to this property (with family and two dogs first time, and with friends and one dog this time), and The Lodge offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. Usefully, there is also driveway parking for our three vehicles. Teresa is responsive to queries and provides timely information, and booking here supports a charitable cause too , which is commendable. The Lodge is in a good location for visiting Matlock Bath, the excellent Crich Tramway Museum, and not too far to drive to some good walks and locations in the Peak District. We will definitely be coming back again to The Lodge! Elaine

An absolute gem! Highly recommend. We were a party of 2 families (2 adults and 4 kids, ages 13-17). This accommodation was perfect for our needs. It’s spacious, clean, a great location and even better than the photos. A well equipped kitchen, lots of board games to keep us entertained in the evening, and lots of bathrooms. Kiran is a great host. Very responsive and nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

whoaw. What an incredible place to stay. Stunning cottage in an absolutely gorgeous setting with easy acces to many walks and places to visit. Spotlessly clean and a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch equipment with extra bonus of fridge and freezer. Jasper our dog was very well looked after and even Paula looked after him whilst we visited Chatsworth house. I loved the alpacas and their cute little voices. This little gem is a must if you vist the Peak District. one of the best if not the best Air B and B. we stayed in and we have been to many. Thanks Paula and Rob for looking after us. We didn't want to leave.

I booked out this property on short notice to host a party of 8 for my girlfriend’s Birthday and our experience was 10/10! The hosts David & Sarah both had swift responses to any questions I had. The property was amazing inside and spacious enough to house us all. Check in/out was seamless. Buxton town centre was less than a 10 minute walk away too, so perfect location. I’ve already recommended to many other friends and family. Thank you to David & Sarah for allowing me to make this weekend as special as I wanted it to be 😊

This is a little gem. Felt very private and yet hosts were just next door and really helpful. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance, and really well equipped accommodation. Fresh decor & lovely and clean . Lots to do nearby, on the edge of the peak district and yet really convenient for transport link, including the airport. We felt very lucky to have found this at relatively short notice!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much for the treats you left us in the kitchen! And the homemade jam you left for us to try was yummy. Great communication, and the place was so clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We will definitely reconsider this airbnb again if we stay in Leek in the future! Thank you :)

Quite area. Right near supermarket and Costa. Beautiful walk around the local lake. Not far from peak District, within a 40 min drive. Nottingham half hour drive. Plenty of local pubs and fish and chips shop. Beautiful flat. Clean and tidy. Added bonus, washing machine. So took everything home clean. Lovely little garden with hanging space for washing. Plenty of cups plates etc. Just brilliant.

The house is within a lovely, peaceful place, where you can easily take buses to the Chatsworth house. The studio is super clean, almost spotless and very safe (I’m a female traveler who travels alone and totally feel safe here). Ms Deborah is very nice and she provided milk, cereal, energy bar to make you feel at home:) Definitely recommend!
