The barn is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built into the old shed. As a result, you are almost literally sleeping in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has a private terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stall with us (inside and/or outside). Nieuwleusen is located in the fighting valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive, Giethoorn half an hour.

The cottage is equipped with every comfort and the garden offers a lot of privacy. In the nearby area there are plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities, such as the Reestdal, the Ommerschans, the Lemelerberg and the Staphorsterbos. Zwolle with its beautiful city center and museum de Fundatie are easily accessible with 20 minutes by car.
