Conveniently located 10-40 km from: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. But certainly also Alkmaar, the Zaanse schans, Amsterdam and not to forget, the coast of Noord Holland.

Under the chestnut tree is our romantic detached cottage in picturesque Schellinkhout. Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, TV and 2-person bed with a wonderful mattress. In 10 steps, you are on the sandy beach for swimming, sunbathing and (kite)surfing. Walk along the bird breeding area, cycle in the area, golf in Westwoud or explore VOC harbor towns Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Bus stop and parking in front of the door. 30 minutes from Amsterdam. Cozy restaurant 100 m away. We arrange breakfast on the 1st day!

"Papenveer", a beautifully located holiday home

In het mooie West-Friesland te Oostwoud verhuren wij een 4-persoons vakantiehuis genaamd “Papenveer“. Deze vakantiewoning bevindt zich op een klein vakantiepark. Het is gelegen aan doorgaand vaarwater met mooi uitzicht en privacy. De tuin is volledige omheind Papenveer is een knus, huisje voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. Mooie openslaande terrasdeur en ruime zonnige tuin voorzien van terrasmeubels (klik hier voor een complete foto-impressie).

Dedgum, rural on the waterfront.

This little house has two sides to it. On the breakfast side, you sit very peacefully looking out over the meadows. With a bit of luck, the cows will walk past on the road towards the pasture. On the other side of the house, you are situated on the well-known Elfstedentocht route. It's a bit livelier here. Boats, cyclists, and many tours following the famous Eleven Cities route. The sun circles the house, which means it has a wonderfully sunny garden at any time of the day.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

For a while, enjoy nature on the outskirts of the IJsselmeer, surrounded by beautiful nature reserves. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse, there are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy . Layout: Living room, kitchen equipped with combi oven, induction hob, refrigerator and Nespresso machine, bedroom with double box spring, bathroom with underfloor heating and rain shower, wood stove and sleeping loft.

Enjoy a comfortable cottage on fishing water. Beautiful views over tulip fields and playing hares. Enjoy the tranquility of the garden with countless birds, go to Urk or Lemmer for coziness or try to catch a fish from your own jetty. Anything is possible, nothing is required. The cottage is cozily furnished for four people and equipped with every comfort. With two terraces, there is always a sunny or shady spot and a detached shed with a charging point for bicycles.

Scandinavian Log Cabin in Friesland

Our log cabin in Friesland is the ideal accommodation to enjoy peace and space. The log cabin is located on my parents' quiet mini-camping. (Please note, the cabin is not on Terschelling). As a guest, you can use all the facilities of the campsite, such as the toilet and shower, kitchen and spacious canteen. The cabin itself has its own seating area, bedroom, kitchen block and toilet. The showers are located in the shared sanitary area of the campsite.

This lovely cozy cottage is located in a beautiful location in the outskirts of the Frisian Noordwolde, where there are many birds. Fully furnished, with a cozy pellet stove and a wood stove, this is really a place to relax and unwind! The cottage has its own garden and borders a forest, where you can take a nice walk and in the vicinity there are many more hiking areas. You can also walk from the cottage to a nice swimming pool in about 20 minutes.

IT ÚT FAN HÚSKE - with a hot tub in the heart of Friesland

Rural accommodation IT ÚT FAN HÚSKE is located on an idyllic slingerdijkje 15 min cycling from Sneek or the Sneekermeer. The húske is detached, cozy and equipped with every comfort. From the outdoor terrace with canopy, guests can enjoy the HOT TUB, the views, the stars and a fabulous sunrise. The hot tub costs €40 for the 1st day and €20 for subsequent days. We recommend that you bring your own bathrobes, but if necessary, we also have bathrobes.
