Our apartment is located in a very small village in an idyllic valley of the Werra-Meißner district, in the middle of Germany. Here you will find peace and quiet... paired with the luxury of a completely ecologically renovated, stylish apartment. You have 90 square meters of living space, a private entrance and a beautiful, large terrace for yourself. Clay walls and floor/or wall heating create a living environment to breathe. Renovation and furnishing was done with a lot of love for detail. Simply feel good!

Time out in the monastery idyll

Spend the night in a half-timbered house right on campus. We use our lovingly renovated cottage as a "practice community at the Unipark". You have 80 sqm, bathroom, a kitchen and a large seminar room/yoga place at your disposal. From the cottage you are directly at the university and in the Unipark as well as in 15 minutes at the train station towards Kassel/Göttingen. If more than 2 people want to stay overnight, there are additional mattresses for use by arrangement. We are looking forward for your visit!

Wir leben auf dem Land mit viel Grün und frischer Luft, freiem Geist und sind offen für Gäste. Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

Der rote Bauwagen am Dorfrand bietet Behaglichkeit für deine Auszeit. Zeit zum Runterzukommen und um das einfache Leben in der Natur zu genießen. Schöne Wanderwege laden zum Entdecken ein. Hügel, Seen oder Wälder - du wählst. Der Bauwagen hält alles für eine entspannte Atmosphäre bereit: Waschtisch, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank. Im Doppelbett 1,40 cm oder auf dem gemütlichen Sofa kannst du dich erholen. Im Winter duschst du in unserer separaten Ferienwohnung warm. Der Holzofen hält dich warm.

You will stay in a completely new apartment furnished by the hosts themselves. The apartment is on the first floor with private entrance in the house of the hosts. Witzenhausen is "the" cherry town. Ideal starting point for hikes (over 20 premium hiking trails nearby), bike tours and motorcycle trips. The apartment is just 10 minutes from the center. Shops (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.) and the outdoor swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity.

On 60 m² there are two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a cozy fireplace and sofa bed as well as a well-equipped kitchen and shower room. Apartment in rural idyll

Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment in a rural area. Come to relax in the countryside in the beautiful town of Arenshausen. The edge of the forest is only about 100 meters away and invites you to take long walks. Furthermore, we often have various animals on the farm or the adjacent pasture, with which you can make acquaintance. There is also a train station, a bakery and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
