A great place to stay in Woking - Eddy and Marilena have thought of everything you would need for an overnight stay. We stayed two and it was brilliant for us. We had a good night’s sleep and enjoyed our stay - thank you :)

We had a great stay at the Treetops Studio. Alison was the perfect host - super friendly and went above and beyond. The place was very cosy and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic with lots to do in the area. We had everything we needed and were pleasantly surprised at the complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge. I would highly recommend! A lovely cottage in all ways - well furnished and comfortable. A lighter weight duvet or just an extra sheet to use instead would have been perfect in the very warm weather this week. Loved the location (only 6 minutes drive to Grange Park Opera) in East Clandon - a very pretty village.

Had a lovely stay at Paul's place. It has everything needed, very comfortable bed in a quiet area. Very conveniently located close to the station, great restaurants and the Waitrose. Paul and his wife were very accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend and will return.

Back again 😊. Everything I needed for short stay. Clean, tidy and secure. Easy to check in and check out using a lock box.

The property is central with restaurants, pubs, shops and the riverside on your doorstep. We had a girls weekend in Guildford and it was a perfect location to stay. The property is modern, clean and comfortable. Poppy is an outstanding host and will look after your every need.

We had stayed here before, two years. Ago. The place is just as good, even better with some upgrading, notably aircon (doubles as heater when cold) which was fantastic given the hot & sunny weather this year. Had a great meal at the Magpie, overlooking the river.

Exactly as described, absolutely lovely little stay. Immaculate and very well thought out layout for a small apartment. We stayed for 2 nights for ascot races and it was ideal. 10 min uber to the races and minimal traffic. Will absolutely recommend to people for a lovely stay.

Fantastic rural spot just outside of Guildford. Crisp and clean studio with everything you could need for a weekend stay. Julie is a kind and attentive host. Stairs and low ceilings might make access tricky if you have mobility issues. As a bonus, it’s also an easy drive to Godalming.

So comfortable...lots of towels and piping hot water. Everything was thought out very carefully. Lovely place to stay.

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Debbie was a great host from start to finish, super friendly and down to earth. The accommodation was great also, it had everything we needed and as described. We came to ride the local MTB trails and the location was perfect for it as well the accommodation. If your hiking you can do it straight from the accommodation to the local spots. Definitely would come back in the near future.

Everything was great, from the initial booking and communication leading up to our visit. The flat itself was lovely, nice and clean with plenty of amenities and a few nice litte extea touches from David. The location was great for us as well as we had booked 2 days at Royal Ascot, which was only a few miles away. Would have mo hesitation booking again.

We have stayed at Bela & Steve's property before - and it is still wonderful. Bela & Steve are amazing hosts, so thoughtful with little touches that make the apartment feel like somewhere you could very easily live. The location is great, its private, its within easy walking distance to the village high street and to the rail station providing easy access to central London. We will definitely stay here next time we are in London.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a wonderful experience staying at the Annexe! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. The location was perfect & quiet , we stayed here for 2 days for Royal Ascot. It was an easy commute. We really appreciated the guest book with local pubs & restaurants , we took note & visited a local pub & had a lovely pub dinner. ( George & Dragon) The annexe was beautifully decorated & we had fresh towels. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again next year for Royal Ascot! Thank you for a fantastic stay! It was a beautiful apartment, very close to the town centre and in a lovely neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean, fabulous decor and excellent amenities. It felt like a home from home, only better!

Husband, toddler and I had a very comfortable stay with Susan. Susan’s home was beautiful, couches were comfy, bathroom and kitchen spotless. Susan’s place is walkable (even with toddler on scooter!). My tip for future guests would be to ask Susan which direction to head in for the town centre, if going on foot as there is a cut through / short cut which Susan pointed out at the beginning of our stay. stay.

I was extremely pleased with my choice of this place. From the very first contact, Peter was attentive and helpful, always available to assist from before check-in until checkout. The space is beautiful, cozy, and offers a unique connection with nature. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. I loved every detail, plan to return, and definitely recommend it!

Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.

What can I say? Simply perfect! Incredible place. the pictures are superb but cannot quite do it the justice it deserves. We were fortunate to have such lovely weather and felt so lucky to be able to stand by the balcony overlooking the castle with a coffee watching Windsor go by. The apartment was spotless. Furnished to a very high standard and oh so tastefully done. What a location too. Walk out the front door, turn right and within 30 seconds you can be strolling along the magnificent Long Walk. Turn left and you're immediately in the heart of Windsor amongst the bars, cafes and restaurants. We can't wait to return. Thanks Jonathan for such a wonderful stay. Brilliant host.
