We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. The Almresi hut is the ideal place to enjoy the mountains. Whether skiing in winter or hiking in summer. The ski slope is only a few meters away and you can start hikes directly from the hut. The Almresi hut invites you to cozy evenings in front of the Karmin as well as to beautiful hours of sunshine in the hammocks. In summer there is also the summer toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. ATTENTION: An extra fee may apply for bed linens and towels!!
